Facilities: Centrally located - hot shower and sink with drinkable water (seasonal May-Oct), clean and odor-less outhouse, water, electricity, trash cans.
Firewood: First crate FREE. Additional for purchase. OK to collect plentiful dead wood.

Host Interaction: You dictate the vibe. Want total isolation? We're highly skilled at being invisible. Prefer company? We'll invite you down for locally roasted coffee to trade local lore and point you to secret spots to explore. Hosts live in the off-grid solar cabin and converted school bus camper on the property from late June through August. We are off-site during most other dates.
Access Logistics: Self check-in/out. Borrow the rugged garden cart to haul gear to your site. Trails use reflective markers for easy night navigation.
Liability Waiver: Campers must read and sign-off on rules and waiver before arrival. One per family or unrelated adult. You'll get a link to e-sign before arrival.
Waterfall intensity: Varies with weather. Expect a whitewater torrent after very heavy rain or snowmelt or just a steady spring-fed trickle during droughts.
