Plopped in one of Georgia’s most popular state parks, the Georgia Veterans State Park Campground is the perfect place to go if you’re looking for championship golfing, boating, swimming, water skiing, fishing, disc golf, and/or hiking! Boat, canoe, and kayak rentals are available—and, established as a memorial to U.S. veterans, this park also features a museum with aircraft (including a Boeing B-29A), armored vehicles, uniforms, weapons, medals and other items from the Revolutionary War through the Gulf War. Pretty unique if you ask us!
