This place was awesome! Super clean cabin w wood burning stove, and propane two burner stovetops and grill which will allow you to cook anything you need. They have the cooking equipment too.
Very secluded and directly next to the creek. I went with my daughter and we had a fantastic time. Wished we’d have stayed for another night. It would accommodate a larger group easily, especially if you’d rent both log cabins.
This is a great spot to do a layover day or two while visiting Yellowstone. We used it as a Basecamp for full days spent inside the park, but it would have been fun to just chill at the property too.
They provide cots with nice fresh sleeping bags for sleeping. Very comfortable ~ glamping at its finest. We did bring a solar shower and heated up water to clean up. That is the one thing to keep in mind~ it was no problem for us.
All in all, it was the most fun and unique stay of our trip through Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Glacier National Parks.

The cabins were very clean and comfortable. I was so happy with the quality experience. Best vacation in a long time, nice and secluded, so many cooking and bedding supplies, and the toilet is very nice and clean!!
I loved my stay here and would happily come back often if I didn’t live so far away

We had an amazing time at Becky’s cabin. This cabin is remote but very close to Yellowstone mammoth entrance which is great! They provide you will everything you need to cook which was nice including the propane for the stove and lots of pots and pans and utensils. There are lots of trails to hike nearby and with the river, lots to explore right by the cabin. We had a lovely visit. Like they say, the road getting there is all wheel drive friendly. We hope to be back!

Clean and very well stocked for a cabin. The sleeping bags and mattresses/cots on site were comfortable and clean. It’s remote, the stream is awesome to have nearby, the night sky is incredible with near zero light pollution, great fire pit, xl picnic table, lots of propane lanterns/burner/grill, I could go on for awhile. I didn’t get a chance to meet the folks who own it but they’re probably really great. Their cabin game is A+. I would note that this property is not for the total novice camper. You’d have to be atleast a decent driver to get a shitty little car or minivan down the path to the cabin but it’s no problem in an suv or truck. The cabin has everything you need to really have a great glamping base camp, your entrusted with a nice assortment of fire, propane accessories, fire pits, wood stoves, sharp stuff etc. Nothing here is stupid proof. Your don’t have running water, there’s no electricity and no fires if things get to dry. That being said it’s got plenty of water from the creek and various buckets, tubs, coolers and such along with a really cool old wash basin thing for your hands. There are a bunch of propane lanterns, mantles and fuel all stocked for light. Great options for cooking, grate over the fire pit, grill, and two large burners inside. We flew out and rented a car to explore the tri state area so we had very little with us. I would recommend a headlamp, some good food and maybe a few cold beers but you don’t need to worry about a whole lot else

Amazing site! Felt totally remote while only being 20 min from the Yellowstone entrance and a little town with gas & ice & goof
There were so many goods like pots, pans, silverware, camp chairs, gas lanterns, sleeping bags and pillows for the cots. It mightve been on me for being dumb and not realizing but I only wish i knew how much stuff was included i wouldve packed less

Beautiful little spot! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved playing in the stream that flows right next to the cabin and hearing it at night while sleeping. Our dogs also enjoyed hiking around the property. Very close to the park entrance and lots of cute shops and restaurants.

We loved the opportunity to stay at this cabin! The river was beautiful and had so many wildflowers growing beside it. The cabin was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We had a wonderful time! Would highly recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed our time at Becky’s cabins and loved the privacy and beauty of the place. The listing isn’t very detailed on what’s available at the site but there is a LOT— we were pleasantly surprised by the TWO cozy cabins with wood stoves, a percolator for our morning campfire coffee, and details like lots of extra kindling and TP were really nice too. I had reached out to Becky ahead of time about my parents who hoped to bring their camper up and camp near us as I was unsure if that was allowed. Becky was very nice about it, but she was right— there was no way my parents could get their camper up to the cabin, because there is a drive-through barn with a 10-foot-tall opening that you approach at an angle, and leave on a hill, a little less than a quarter mile from the cabin. There is no driving path around this barn as the whole place is on a very lush section of mountainside and there simply isn’t any other way. They were willing to let us “try” to get through the barn but the camper wouldn’t have made it and anything larger than a teardrop trailer would probably struggle. They very generously allowed my parents to park on the other side of the barn, in a nice flat section of land, which we appreciated greatly! Additional notes: the gravel road leading up from Gardiner is 5 mi and washboard rough, and takes 10-15 minutes, then the final stretch to get to the cabin is about 3/4 mi further than the listed address, so you definitely need Becky’s directions handy! :)

Yes, it is a 6 mile drive over a washboard road. Yes, the country lane has pot holes and is slippery when wet. Yes, we would stay again without hesitation. We didn’t see anyone for the entire week which is exactly what we wanted…showered with water from the creek, caught the first rays of sun on the porch with coffee, and enjoyed quiet evenings around the campfire. There is wildlife around so keep a watchful eye out. Becky…what a rich inheritance to have a place like this in your family. It took our breath away, not only because of the altitude but because of the awe inspiring beauty. We are already talking about a return trip:) Thank you for sharing this idyllic space with us! Becky’s cabin was beyond phenomenal. The feeling of remoteness in the Gardnier area is something you won’t get staying in a lodge. The ambient creek running through the property added such an immaculate vibe & the ability to pan for gold was a bonus!

Our experience at Becky's place was an honest 10/10. The cleanliness of the cabin exceeded our expectations and it comes stock with everything you need and then some (just need your clothes and food). Conveniently located just 15 min to Gardiner and the North entrance to yellowstone, yet remote to escape the crowds of the park in evening. We had a great time and hope to be back!

We absolutely loved Becky’s cabin. It was very well stocked with camping essentials. The description matches perfectly. My favorite part was the stream running just feet away from the cabin! Becky offered great directions and was quick to respond. Normally, we disperse camp or AirBnB. This being our first HipCamp experience definitely spoiled us and we will be lucky if other places are even half as great as this place!

Great private and very out of the way spot outside of Gardiner!! I wish we had more time to spend as I would have loved to explore the local trails and maybe go for a horseback ride! Very comfortable and the drinking water and fresh towels were a welcome extra. Would definitely recommend or consider a repeat trip!

We camped here for my daughter’s 8th birthday. It is amazing. There were actually 2 cabins—the main cabin and a bunkhouse with additional cots. The cabins were right on the rushing river, which provided excellent background noise for sleeping! The kids loved catching fish and running around the property. We enjoyed the Forest Service trails nearby. Directions were clear and communication with host excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying at this cabin and will definitely stay there again when (fingers crossed) we return to Yellowstone. It's a perfect distance to from the park (15ish minutes), on beautiful land, secluded, and stocked with everything that we needed. Although there's no running water or electricity, Becky had the cabin filled with everything that we would need to be comfortable. There's a 5 gallon cooler of water in the cabin, pit latrine close by, rushing creek to gather water, kerosene lamps, propane burners, towels, soaps, plates/utensils, and even random kitchen items like tinfoil and salt/pepper. We slept on cots with sleeping bags and were very comfortable. The cabin is secluded - after a 6-mile drive up the mountain, the dirt road ends and you drive through a barn and follow a path for 1/4 mile to the cabin. There's actually two cabins as part of this rental (7 cots total).

Mountain Hollow with private cabin + 1 and all you need to have a fantastic time. Running stream next to cabin wildflowers..exceptional serenity. Becky has made us very comfortable..On our list of top 5 stays and so thankful for the Hipsters that share their places. Thank you. A note: No vehicles higher than 10 feet can get in.

Absolutely gorgeous location and cabin! So quiet with beautiful scenery. Everything we needed was at hand and easy to find and use. Becky answered all my questions up front too before and after I booked the place. Woodstove was awesome! Kindling, firewood, and paper for fire starting was provided. Actually, most everything we needed or would need was provided (even salt and pepper)! Everything was inviting and comfortable, including the provided cots, pillows, and sleeping bags. If we find our way out to Northern Yellowstone again, we'll have this be our first choice.
