Welcome to Querencia Sanctuary — a peaceful garden‑studio retreat tucked away in Victoria, created for those wanting comfort, calm, and connection to simple joys. You’ll stay in a private garden studio that offers a restful hideaway with modern comforts, while being surrounded by tranquil, established gardens. Inside the studio you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a cozy space to sleep, and access to a private bathroom (and, when available, an outdoor shower that adds a touch of nature to your stay). Outside, the garden and grounds invite you to wander, relax or enjoy a quiet moment in the fresh air. There’s generous parking and easy access — making it convenient whether you’re travelling solo, with a partner, or as a small group. Querencia Sanctuary is ideal if you’re seeking a break from busy city life: somewhere you can recharge quietly, surrounded by greenery, breathing space, and a sense of ease. It’s perfect for those who appreciate privacy and tranquility but still want the comforts of home — somewhere to rest, reset and reflect.Very cute self contained tiny home / studio set in lush established gardens. Very private, peaceful, and quiet. Comfortably sleeps 3 in a double bed and single bed, and portacot is available on request (no charge). Large screen TV with so the usual streaming services available (no free-to-air). High speed wifi available. Studio has private bathroom (toilet and handbasin) with amazing private outdoor shower (hot and cold water, two shower heads). Small kitchenette with inside sink, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker etc. Large roller door opens up onto private open air outdoor patio/living/dining area with bbq, sun lounges, outdoor fire. It’s really nice… a garden retreat. We think you’ll love it. Access to washing machine, dryer on request. On site parking for one vehicle.
