While Swan Bay Holiday Park is best known for its annual holiday cabins, we also offer a limited number of camping sites and facilities perfect for those who value serenity, wildlife, and the simple pleasures of the outdoors. The park boasts a fantastic collection of features for outdoor sports fanatics presenting two pools, driving range, tennis/pickle ball court, basketball court and large off leash pet area, proudly pet friendly all year round. With plenty of local attractions on offer, our unique holiday park gives you the opportunity to purchase your own cabin for perfect holidays and weekend stays. Swan Bay is an easy 75-minute drive from Melbourne and 90 minutes from Ballarat.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in modern comfort. Our 3 Bedroom Deluxe Villas sleep up to 6 guests, with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom, as well as a queen bed in the second bedroom and two king single beds in the third bedroom. Also features a second bathroom including laundry facilities, as well as an open plan living and dining area, kitchen, and private, covered deck, with BBQ available on request. Includes space to park two vehicles and a boat if required. This Villa is pet friendly. Additional charge of $15 per pet, per night which will be payable on arrival. Maximum 2 pets allowed per night.

Fantastic location and park but the park is set up for cabins not campers/caravaners, there is not enough toilets and showers

It was ok, stayed 4 nights. Holiday park set up mainly for self contained cabins, most of which appeared empty. Caravans were an after thought? Cramped together far away from facilities needed, no dump point. Barely a tree insight, windy, rabbits everywhere. Pools were nice. Small toilet facilities were not clean. Great games room. Nice to see wetlands being restored. Shade needed over playground. Wonderful community garden

Our stay at Swan Bay was a great experience. Had all the facilities a family would need especially for the kids. It was also very clean and tidy overall. The location can get quite windy where the powered site is based, so take note. The powered site could do with a bit more space to avoid hindering onto neighbours. All in all a good camping experience.
