Pur property is 1 hour away from Melbourne. It has dorper sheep that are more than happy to share some bread pr have a pat. With outstanding views of Mt piper and broadfords township spreading over the valley. Come have a unique experience and see what broadford can offer. The sheep have free roam of the property so they may come sunrise you at night so make sure gates are shut behind you. Any questions feel free to ask away 1- Shut the gate everytime you open and close 2- Fires allowed only in a firepit provided by you 3- No driving the property, access is only located on the flat part near the stock yards. Anyone found driving the property will be forced to leave straight away with no refund 4- Pets allowed but on lead only, there is livestock roaming property 5- Keep the property the same condition you arrived in 6- Firewood cutting is not permitted on the property 7- Be respectful of neighbours 8- No toilets, bring your own camp toilets

A 12 foot gate is at this site, it's a tight corner to get into but much more space. We can get out mdc 12xt into the space but for anything bigger than 20 foot I'd suggest the other site. If towing please check your mirrors and drive in at your own risk

Great spot, fantastic view. My son and I loved it, we plan to come again, of the 15 acres Ethan has, he has selected the finest of those 15 acres to utilise for our benefit to enjoy. Matters not what season you come, it’s worth the time to park up for a few days relax and unwind. Thank you Ethan for providing a small patch of land for us to escape the rat race to take time out, relax and reflect.

If you’re chasing peace, privacy, and that feeling of being completely off-grid without actually roughing it, this place nails it. Super quiet, surrounded by nature, and with plenty of space to spread out and unwind — exactly what we needed.

Awesome spot. Really great outlook and a legend owner who pointed us in the right direction as we arrived after dark. Reasonably windy, as to be expected for winter but nothing an experienced camper can’t handle and totally worth it for the stunning picturesque view. Also worth noting the host provided a campfire which was such an unexpected bonus, definitely helped beat the cold. Would 100% recommend as well as stay again

When I say that this campsite was one of the best spots I’ve ever camped on I mean it!! It was just stunning! The views were to die for. We stayed in a tent for 2 nights and were blessed with beautiful weather. The added bonus was a visit from the friendly sheep. Our host Ethan was very friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The views are truely beautiful. Hills, trees and farmland- very relaxing. The fact that there is only 1 site is another positive. I love camping where i don't have to listen to other peoples music or noise. There were lots of kangaroos which was also lovely to see. The only down side is the dirt and dust. As this property is used for sheep, the ground is all dirt and any wind just blows it in your face. The road behind is also dirt, so every passing car also blows a dust cloud over you. We camped there for 2 days. The first day was very still, and therefore not a problem. Unfortunately the 2nd day was windy which made it impossible to have a fire, and even eating was a challenge without getting a mouthful of dust too.

Amazing view, easy to get too. Can walk to see some sheep. Only 10 minutes from the town of broadford. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to camp

A private camp set on top of a hill. Extensive 360 degrees of breathtaking views. Great instructions, easy to find and a well maintained site. Loved the sheep coming to visit, hearing the cows and birds. Short drive to Strath Creek general store for great coffee. Will definitely visit again.
