Secluded Camping Getaway
We had an amazing stay! We were minutes from downtown Woodstock which we enjoyed exploring but the highlight was the site itself. The site was very secluded and provided us with amazing stargazing. We saw an owl and heard a pack of coyotes which added to the experience. My one recommendation would be to bring your own fire wood, a small stack had been left at the site for a previous guest, it was damp and hard to light and the $20 we had to pay for it was not worth the amount that was left. Overall, the location of the site and the solitude was exactly what we had wanted.

One of my favorite spots in Vermont to stay at, convenient location but very quiet and peaceful. The views are beautiful and I loved walking around the little trails.

We loved camping on Lina's land! Spot was super convenient -- minutes from everything we visited in Woodstock but still was very quiet and 100% private. Our dog loved being able to sniff around off leash. This spot has an amazing view of woods and open land w/ wildflowers. We didn't know if our little Sentra would make the drive to the camp spot and Lina was very accommodating around this -- offering that we park in her driveway and get in her 4 wheeler to head up. But ultimately our car made it in and out fine. We added a firewood bundle on last-minute once we were already on-site and Lina called to make sure there was no fire ban and then left us more wood than we needed + kindling + newspaper + matches + an enclosed candle + a water bucket. Way better than us picking up a few bundles of wood ourselves. Thank you Lina!

Camping Overlooking Historic Barn
We tent camped 3 nights. We drove right up to the site in our subaru outback. A 4wd side by side was available but we didn't end up needing it. Site was private with an excellent view. The man made pond water level was too low but we found some other swimming spots for humans plus dogs nearby (Quechee Gorge and Kent Pond near Killington). Abracadabra coffee about a 10min drive away made a top tier latte, one of the best I've had. Would defintely return maybe in fall leaf season.

We had a blast camping on Linas property! The view from our campsite was something out of an oil painting - truly gorgeous. There was a lot of trails to explore as well. The convenience to downtown Woodstock was an added bonus, despite having a very private campsite. There were overnight thunderstorms in the forecast so we were able to bring our car right up to the site for easy access to gear and for protection from the storm. Luckily it wasn’t bad and we hunkered down in the tents until the storm passed. The dogs had a blast exploring the property as well. Would love to book again in the future - thank you Lina for your hospitality!

Lina has a truly special spot to relax and escape from everything. Lina was great to work with, prompt communication, and helpful. We added on some firewood for the weekend and a dozen farm-fresh eggs. The site is extremely close to downtown Woodstock for dining and shopping, if that's your thing, but it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere! Will definitely be going back again!

Accessible level spot on top of plowed drive near barn. Beautiful spot and so peaceful! Snowshoed on the trails in woods, accessed from our spot! Even X~Country skied the rolling property. Lina was very kind and helpful.

I can’t say enough good things about the host. She responded quickly, was super accommodating, and overall a pleasure to rent the spot from. They even showed up at 10 pm to pull my campervan out of a ditch when I struggled to drive with rear wheel drive. Absolutely recommend!!!

The description is accurate. The location is very close to downtown Woodstock and easily reached if you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle that can go a grass steep mountain side. Lina was attentive to my late request for wood and dropped it off at our site.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful spot to camp in Woodstock Vermont then look no further than Lina’s land. It was easy to find and Lina met me when I arrived. My tent site was tucked into the woods enough for privacy but I also had a great view of the surrounding rolling hills and flower field. My dog and I loved walking the property and so many hiking trails were just a 5-10 minute drive away. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful site! Lina was so kind and welcoming, and her property is gorgeous. I could see this being a stunning place to camp if you're visiting Vermont in the fall. As a Woodstock local, it was so nice to get away from the tourists and enjoy a night in the woods. Dogs are allowed off leash, and my reactive pup had a BLAST sniffing and exploring to her heart's content, without worrying that we would run into anyone else. It's easily accessible, but the site is on a hill so it was tricky to find a level spot (it didn't detract from the enjoyment of our stay). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy camping experience, but who doesn't need all the glamping amenities.

Great spot being off the beaten path but also close to the center of Woodstock. I was looking to camp the night before some final spring skiing at Killington and this was the perfect place for me. Lina was super accommodating and helpful!

This is my second time visiting Lina’s farm, but my first at this site. I came during peak fall foliage and the views were stunning. I was isolated from the other sites and felt such great privacy, peace, and quiet.
Lina went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing stay. She was quick to respond to messages and offered up local advice.
I’ll definitely be returning again!

I booked this site last minute as a surprise for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary. Unfortunately, he could not make the date so I notified the host 5 days prior to my reservation to ask if I could move it to the next weekend (which was completely open and available). She continued to give me a copy and pasted answer stating there was nothing she could do to get me a refund but go ahead and book another night! Customer service is definitely lacking for nothing more than an open space to plop your tent and the price is a bit much as well… particularly when you have no means of canceling.

Very secluded, completely private. Decent amount of flat, mowed space for our SUV and tent. The host provided nice dry firewood. We had a great stay. Definitely follow the written instructions from the host, don’t rely on the gps pin or you might end up in her private backyard space.
