Perfect late night stop
Loved it here!!! Showed up late from driving all day and the creek and trees were super peaceful. There’s a road pretty visibly close to the site but it’s not very busy. The sound of the creek is perfectly relaxing.

This was exactly what we needed…a quiet place to setup camp near Knoxville with enough room for a camper van and tent. It was inexpensive and peaceful, even with the site being beside a road. The creek created a nice background and Dylan made this easy on us as a last-minute booking. It beats setting up at a campground.

The campsite was nice! It was nice to hear the creek and see the big fish in it!
It’s secluded and there’s plenty of room.
The host was great and made sure we were taken care of if we needed anything.

We stopped here for a quick night while on a road trip. Can’t beat the low price and it was such a great adventure. We especially loved listening to the bubbling brook right beside the site.

Perfect camp spot as far as wooded and by the creek but it is by the road and you can see the neighbors across the road. The road was busy late and early and the neighbor mowed his grass til 9:00 pm. I did see some turkeys !

Awesome secluded spot a few miles from Knoxville. Easy access but kinda hard to find, Dylan helped me get there no problem though. Nice fire pit and sweet spot!

Not isolate but not bad 🤙
5 stars for the price.
It’s a driveway off a road with light traffic. You can definitely see the road & hear passing traffic from the site. Your right across the street from a house that is easily visible.
Not very secluded, but again, for the price, not bad at all.

Understanding host!
Dylan was very understanding and generous when I needed to cancel my stay due to traffic delays and facing another rainy night after having been rained on the previous night camping. Dylan was completely accommodating even though my cancellation was quite late in the day. Very much appreciated, and if I’m ever stopping through the area I’ll definitely look to see whether the camping spot is available!

The road next to the site was busier than I thought it would be so it was a little loud early in the night but after that it was great! And enough trees around the sun won't wake you up early if you want to sleep in!

Peaceful place
Lovely campsite. Lots of privacy. No one else camping nearby. No one else in view. Only 10 minutes to a grocery store and interstate 75. Probably within 20 to 30 minutes of just about everything in Knoxville.

Do it!! :)
Dylan was super great! He was really kind, and also very responsive even though we booked late at night, the night we were trying to find a camping spot. It was fantastic having a super affordable option to camp, where we weren't surrounded by tons of other people, or cars or RVs. Falling aseep to the sound of the creek was heaven!
