Private property bordering Nantahala National Forest on Little Snowbird Creek in Robbinsville, NC. 16mi from Lake Santeelah, about 10mi from the Cherohala Skyway. MUST HAVE 4X4 OR AWD VEHICLE TO ACCESS MOUTAINTOP CAMPSITES. Property damage fee of $100 for 2WD vehicles not adhering to rule. 2WD vehicles must camp creekside, sites 1-6. NO AXES, HATCHETS, MACHETES ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. NO NAILS IN THE TREES TO HANG THINGS. It damages the tree and causes them to die. Keep pets on a leash, especially if they like to roam or have any aggressive behavior. Spacious camping lots, and great trout fishing along little snowbird creek which is on private property. Fishing privileges are actually written into property owners' deed on the purchase of land. Views that can bring a tear to a glass eye and relaxing sounds of the creek can be heard from anywhere on the property. Hundreds of Hiking trails in the area, many just a short distance from the property. Please be respectful of others' property and no trespassing signs. It’s a kinda bumpy mountain road to get there but it’s also like driving through an enchanted forest. The secluded location, peaceful and breathtaking views make this place a must-see adventure.

PLEASE NOTE, this site books out the entire property. This includes all 11 tent/RV sites. Private property bordering Nantahala National Forest on Little Snowbird Creek in Robbinsville, NC. 16mi from Lake Santeelah, about 10mi from the Cherohala Skyway. FAQ Are day campers included in the total guest count, or does it only apply to overnight guests? All campers, whether they are staying overnight or not, must be included in the reservation. Can additional guests be added after the initial booking? Yes, you can modify your trip to add more guests through the Hipcamp app, but you cannot exceed the maximum capacity. We have 11 campsites to choose from. If you're bringing an RV/trailer, there are no hookups. Pet-friendly, toilet available, campfires permitted. Spacious camping lots, and excellent trout fishing, but a landowner permission slip will be needed as little snowbird creek is on private property. Fishing privileges are actually written into property owners' deeds on the purchase of land. Amazing views and relaxing sounds of the creek can be heard anywhere on the property. Many Hiking trails are just a short drive from the property and please be respectful of others' property and no trespassing signs. It’s a kinda bumpy mountain road to get there but the secluded, peaceful and breathtaking views make this location a must-see and adventure.

Blueberry Hill was perfectly secluded with the most amazing views of the mountains. Andrew was the best host going above and beyond with anything and everything we needed to have the perfect camping weekend. We're already planning on when we can get back. This space has a huge piece of our hearts. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent time camping at Lil Snowbird Farm. The campsites were exceptionally clean and well kept. We stayed in site #6 along the river and it was just beautiful and felt very private! We enjoyed cooking over the campfire and eating at the picnic table. The host was amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. The camp toilets had their own small tent for privacy and even had small solar lights to help you find them in the dark. 10/10 would recommend camping here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing stay at this gorgeous campsite! It’s tucked well off the beaten path and was the perfect escape from the city—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. The creek was breathtaking in the morning with the sun hitting the water and a light layer of fog drifting across it. Even though there were other campers nearby, we felt completely secluded and didn’t hear a single peep from anyone. Our host was wonderful—stopped by on the first day just to make sure we had everything we needed and even delivered the firewood we ordered right to our site. And I have to say, the little potty house was exactly what I’d hoped for… one step above digging a hole and trying to balance a squat! 😂 Exactly the rustic-but-not-too-rustic vibe we wanted. We would 100% come back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to unplug, unwind, and enjoy a gorgeous piece of nature. 🌿🔥⛺️

Our camping trip here was amazing from start to finish. The scenery was stunning — wide-open views, gorgeous stars at night, and the kind of peaceful atmosphere you can’t find just anywhere. Andrew made the experience even better. He was kind, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, it was the perfect mix of nature, relaxation, and great hospitality. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway! We will be back soon!

My 1st Solo Camping Trip.

I ended up solo camping, although that wasnt the plan when I first booked. So of course, I was actually pretty nervous to drive 3.5 hours away from home alone and solo camp, but I did and I have zero regrets. I wouldn't choose a different spot for my first solo trip. Did everything go as planned? No. Did the site make up for it? Absolutely! The site is absolutely beautiful; see the photos I will be uploading. I felt so secluded, yet so safe the whole trip. The host, Andrew, is the coolest guy and easy to have a conversation with. He takes good care of these camping sites. FYI: There is ZERO cell phone coverage - so keep that in mind. I was glad to take a step back from my personal and work phone to be completely in the moment. Overall, I was super happy and proud of my camping spot. I will definitely be back this season. Hopefully I will be getting a 4x4 soon so I can check out the mountain spots!!

Andrew was so kind and hospitable! The campsite was clean, quiet, and serene. The river made for the perfect white noise at night. Make sure to have 4-wheel drive, as the site is down a very long dirt road. You won't have service once you are on the road, but that's one of the best parts of camping. One of our favorite HIPCAMP experiences to date!

I have camped at Little Snowbird Farm a couple of times and it is an excellent spot for a quiet retreat. The campsites are well maintained and private. The drive into the site from Robbinsville is long, but some campers will like that to be off-the-grid. Andrew is a great host and I will be back. Highly recommend this spot!

Overall we had a great experience while there. Right next to the water, secluded like we were looking for. We walked the other campsites and thought it would be nice to bring the kiddos up with us next time and to the mountain top and a few other sites there. However when we left a day early due to a family emergency I got a notification on my phone and a request to pay for more firewood stating we entered another campers site and took their firewood which NEVER happened. We did NOT once go into any other site with anyone there. We did however go to the bins that had firewood in them at the gate that had a sign stating to Venmo for firewood. We took some firewood and the next morning when we went into town and had signal we sent money through the Venmo QR code that was by the bins of firewood. We were advised that then that would belonged to another campers which we had no idea because it was not in his camp site. We were also advised that they do not leave wood for anyone to Venmo anymore. The host stated they took the sign down for anyone confusion. This argument went on a good 30 minutes racing to get home 4 hours away. I have never in my life been accused of stealing another campers firewood before and was completely unprofessional and un called for. We had high hopes for bringing our family here but the harassment and accusing me for stealing and going into another campers site over firewood was completely un called for.

This spot was stunning! Getting up to it was easy going, sure is steep but we managed without issue. The views from this camp amazing! Very clean and quiet. Can’t wait to come back when it’s better weather!

Incredible views. Clean campsite. Clean privy. Remote and beautiful. Plan to stay once you get there because it's a hike to get in there, but it's well worth it. No water at site but this was known in advance. Firewood available on request. Owner is very friendly. Would 100% stay here again

Probably one of the best camp sites I've been to. Quiet, quaint, and peaceful. Tucked away in a valley of the mighty Appalachian mountains. Being out of cell service was great. Just you and the woods. Andrew was an extremely pleasant host. I will definitely book for another trip in the future. 5/5

Very large and clean site. Creek is beautiful and noisy! Quiet and remote, the only traffic is the locals who live in this small valley. It’s about 20mins to grocery store and 1 hour to GSM. Road is easy for a SUV. Road is narrow and you have beware of others coming towards you, but pull offs abound and everyone is courteous. Larger RVs beware!
