Great place, even better than we expected. Host had mattresses for all of us, so many pillows and blankets, lots of firewood, and drinkable water. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful private site surrounded by trees. My kids loved the tent, the little play area, the animals, the trampoline. Pretty much all of it! We slept quite well. There is a lumberyard nearby that produces a low constant hum. I got used to it but just fyi that it's not complete silence. The toilet is tucked into the trees with a privacy screen.

My husband and I stayed for a night and we had such a wonderful time! The tent is adorable and the fire pit area is ideal. We loved meeting the horse and mule! We would definitely come back!

This spot is definitely hidden little gem. It's like camping without all the gear! I really enjoyed the private aspect of this glamping experience, unlike most places I've camped which are surrounded by other people. The views were beautiful, the star gazing was perfection and having a fire pit with seating and a table and chairs was a really nice touch. All you really need is your bedding, some lighting and your adventurous spirit! The area is great for exploring and so many great swimming spots. It's was the perfect romantic getaway that my partner and I needed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful private spot! Large stargazing tent with chic decor - so cute! My kids loved playing by the treehouse and seeing the animals (horse, mule, ducks).

We had a great stay here. The yurt was spacious, remote, and comfortable, and Shannah had everything very thoughtfully prepared for us when we arrived. The bedding was comfortable. There was plenty of firewood for a nice campfire and there was a nice welcome basket with many helpful things in it. We'll definitely stay here again. It is a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Great communication, very hip spot! Everything was thoughtfully appointed, and the beds were comfortable. It felt like a true glamping experience. Absolutely gorgeous place.

Absolutely beautiful spot. The tent itself was large enough for our whole group, Shannah was communicative and accommodating when I had a question, and there was plenty of firewood for us to make s'mores and do some star gazing. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We loved the place! The yogurt was spacious and well decorated. We stayed one night with our 3 kids and we had plenty of room and beds for everyone! I love the fact that we were alone on the property with fireplace and table arranged just for us. The playground and horses were a hit with our kiddos. Definitely recommend!

Overall we had a great experience. Unfortunately there was no source of light and would really help if there were pictures of portable toilet posted or on request at least.

Perfect Solitude. Just what we're looking for in a Hipcamp. Yurt is really nice- spacious and comfortable. Well cared for and a lovely night all around. In the off the beaten tra k Sunapee region with lots of lovely landscapes and cute towns. Host let my daughter feed the mule and horse carrots which made her day. Great stay!

Shannahâs camp was wonderful, we were a party of three adults (me, my wife, and a friend) and found the tent roomy and the whole site was just really lovely. Plenty of firewood was provided, especially great for us because our friend sneaks a log on the fire anytime youâre not paying attention. We loved that the site was really private with no other campsites around, and the views and thoughtful extras made it really special!

Best kept secret in New England!! We loved our stay at this gorgeous location with an expansive view. The tent was so spacious and has skylights so we could stargaze while we fell asleep. The bed was possibly even more comfortable than the one we have at home. It was so nice to have this place to ourselves where we could really enjoy the beautiful surroundings (unlike a crowded campground where someones generator kicks on right when you are falling asleep or people party all night). It was perfect. We forgot to bring coffee so in the morning we took a very quick and pretty drive to New London for coffee and pastries to bring back to the site. Glamping at it's finest!

8 years of marriage (+ 14 years of togetherness + 2 kids) had my husband and I looking for the ideal spot to spend a last minute night away and celebrate our anniversary. 15 years of working full-time corporate jobs and scrambling from one obligation or to-do list item to the next had us yearning for the forest. This gorgeous garlic bulb of glory (tent) and the slice of paradise itâs perched upon were everything we never knew we needed. From the unmatched view to the infinite stars to the horses that greeted us when we drove up that picturesque private drive to the unreal vibrant sunset behind the mountains to the sound of coyotes singing in the night to the thoughtfully and beautifully decorated beds and compostable toilet⊠it was soul food. What an incredible gift of space, experience, and time to be present with the earth and with loved ones. I couldnât possibly recommend Shannahâs soul-quenching retreat more.

I loved the stay. Great for start gazing at night. Host made it as comfortable as possible there were 4 beds and blankets and extra sheets. Free wood for campfire as well.

This campsite was such a lovely place to spend a long weekend. You can really escape to nature on the private hilltop. There is a gorgeous view of the mountains and you are surrounded by beautiful wildlife.
Shannon has very thoughtfully created a space that is really comfortable for guests - there is a beautiful lotus belle tent, big fire pit with Adirondacks, pop up tented dining area, and a toilet tucked in the woods.
The Lotus Belle tent is gorgeous and such a unique way to camp. At night you can fall asleep to the starry sky and in the morning wake up to the blue sunny sky and tree tops.
There is fun stuff to do in the area too!! We visited hoptimystic brewing which is four minutes away, sanctuary dairy farm ice cream which is so fun for kids, and a swimming hole!
Highly recommend great for couples, families, and small groups!
