Tremanor Farm’s elevated, slightly sloping, south-facing field provides stunning views across St. Austell Bay, in an ideally located Cornish campsite with spacious pitches. Pop up a tent or pull up your motorhome and find your spot on the grass, before exploring the coast and some of Cornwall’s top attractions: You’re a five-minute drive from the beach in beautiful Fowey, a stone's throw from the Iron Age hill fort of Castle Dore, and around 10 minutes by car from the world-famous Eden Project.

This pop-up site is back to basics, though equipped with good quality, essential facilities. There’s no electricity – so bring your power packs and torches – but there’s a clean and well-maintained toilet and shower block, along with standpipes dotted around supplying drinking water. Breakfast and lunch can also be handily supplied by the on-site food truck, letting you tuck into fresh sandwiches or bacon baps. And it wouldn’t be a camping holiday without a fire – bring your own firepit or toast marshmallows around the communal one.

You won't struggle for things to do in Cornwall and Tremanor Farm's position next to the coast ensures you can easily explore the best of it. Fowey's ancient port and pastel houses look beamed in from a bygone era. The picturesque town is also home to the gorgeous Readymoney Cove – a secluded sandy beach sheltered by dramatic, tree-lined cliffs. You may recognise the name of the town due to its association with author Kenneth Grahame, who penned The Wind in the Willows after being inspired by the River Fowey, which runs alongside the town and into the sea ahead of the cove. Given the scenery, your imagination is certain to be piqued here, too
