Had very chilled 2 nights accept for the wet and windy night and was just me on site, Joe was helpful when arrived, just me and my hammock can’t wait to go back.

Holistic Woods WILD Campsite
Absolutely wonderful campsite. Perfect for hiking the Sandlings Walk. This site is approximately 13 miles from start of walk. My son and I loved the basic nature of site just porta loos and drinking water what more do you need. Very relaxed, peaceful and a wonderful welcome. We camped in woods are were virtually alone. Will be back with family as you can have campfires as well. I would highly recommend this site as it is absolutely what camping should be about. Wish more were like this site.

Absolutely loved our short but sweet stay here with our toddler + dog! This was the most lo-fi camping we've done with our little one, so we were a little bit apprehensive about how it would go, but we will 100% be coming back as soon as we can! Getting a wilder experience in the knowledge that we had assistance nearby if needed was perfect + seeing my toddler in his absolute element dragging a stick through the woods in his nappy is a memory I'll keep forever! Loveliest, calmest place to wake up + wish we hadn't had to zoom back to London chaos so soon

Holistic Woods WILD Campsite
Overall, i enjoyed my stay at Holistic woods wild camp. In retrospect i would have preferred to camp in the woods rather than the main area, the only downside of camping in the woods is that they do not allow campfires. However, the track that ran through the main camparea was so dusty and every time a car drove through it created clouds of brown dust that clung in the air and covered everything. It also appears that the campsite is next to what appears to be a traveller site. Lots of dogs barking during the evening and night.

Very simple to find very easy to get checked in.
The man at the gate was very helpful. Fire pits were already provided in most pitches, and the local area is beautiful, with some great mountain bike rides, not very technical, but very good. Think of a very flat new forest vibe (with some sand traps 😊) our MTB rides were via AllTrails App and were all good.

Beautiful tranquil location. Friendly and helpful owners and if you want to get away from it all (incl mobile signal, electricity, luxury loos) this is perfect. Was exactly what we’d hoped for and on one night we had literally the whole forest to ourselves. Close to beautiful hiking trails and some perfect early morning running routes. Lots of wildlife. Hosts supply firewood if you need to complete the experience. Highly recommend.

I love it here , so relaxing & peaceful , right on the edge of the woods , plenty of open space,
Fire pits available free of charge .

Lovely couple of nights in the forest. Drove down into the trees and drove round until we found an area we liked and pitched up.
Back to basics quiet and dark wild camping with a tap and a portaloo not too far away!
Obviously not allowed campfires in the forest, but a nice touch that there was a few fire pits a short walk away so we could sit round a fire and toast our marshmallows.
Happy to recommend.

What an amazing place! Staf is very helpful and will go above and beyond to make yor stay as confy and warm as it could get , keep you well loaded with fire wood . Fresh clean drinking water in your reach, place is tidy and clean. Will def go again !

Very peaceful and well kept site, the owner and his team were very friendly and helpful.
The facilities are basic, but we knew that in advance and that is what we wanted.
The onsite toilet was the cleanest portaloo I’ve ever seen.
Would definitely return and recommend.

Testing my new camping system out in the Holistic woodlands was a must for future trips, as this was on my doorstep it made perfect sense to give this campsite a try and glad I did it's great you can have your vehicle right there with you . You take a bit more kit with you just in case you need it

Easy to find and super friendly staff. Plenty of space. Barebones with just toilets and drinking water but well maintained and everything you need for a few days camping. Great location with loads of good walks nearby. Will definitely be coming back

Beautiful Campsite – A Hidden Gem!
Absolutely stunning campsite! The woodland pitches and grassy areas near the woods create such a peaceful, natural setting. You’re free to pitch wherever you like, which adds to the relaxed and tranquil atmosphere.
We had an amazing time and are already planning our next visit. It’s definitely the most beautiful campsite we’ve ever been to!
The toilets were clean, water taps conveniently located, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

me and my mate thought a few days ago you know what lets go camping. after an hour or so we found this place and packed our bags to go. i had little expectations, however when we got there the receptionist was such a great friendly guy, showing us good spots and provided us with a large basket of fire wood. we had a great time exploring the woods and setting up base. the night was quiet and peaceful and i had a great sleep. i never write reviews however i felt like i HAD to because i had such a nice time.

This place is brilliant and the closest thing I have come to wild camping. On arrival I was greates by a lovely gentleman cutting the grass, he pointed me in the right direction of where the different places to camp our. You have the choice of a lovely field or woodland. I chose the wood, I found a small clearing where I set up camp in the most peaceful place I have ever been. The first evening I spent disconnecting and listening to the sounds of the woods.
The next day I explored the local area and there is lots to see. I would recommend Shingle Street if you want an I wresting costal walk
