Blanketed in lush, green grass, the field stretches out under a vast, clear sky, providing panoramic views of the South Downs National Park. Wildflowers in vibrant hues dot the landscape. As the sun goes down, the sky transforms into a canvas of twinkling stars, untouched by city lights. This remote haven, far from the hustle and bustle, is a sanctuary for those seeking tranquility and a deep connection with nature.Currently guests have full access to the field the boundaries of which are clearly marked by fencing. Wonderful network of footpaths along Hangers Way on the property and in the surrounding area.

Old Litten

We had a great time camping here. The area is huge! My dog and children really enjoyed having all that space to run and play, the views are beautiful and it’s so peaceful! We trialled our new tailgate tent here and all was a success! Charlotte is so friendly and really helpful! My kids loved her and asked if we could invite her back for dinner 😆 I would definitely book and stay again!

We loved this hipcamp! Plenty of room to spread out, beautiful views, and a peaceful setting. Charlotte was so very kind and hospitable. She really made us feel welcome and was very communicative. A lovely place to pause and reset. We can’t wait to visit again. 😁

Old Litten

We had a lovely time at Old Litten. The view is amazing. Plenty of wood for making a fire. Facilities are basic but just what we needed - also the compostable toilet in a tent was great. Lots of beautiful walks to do near the site. Perfect hosts, thank you!

Loved it

Absolutely lovely location, with a brilliant view! Charlotte is also very welcoming. Definitely will be visiting again soon.
