What a gorgeous place! The perfect place for a calm refuge to reset and re-enter life restored.
Lovely kind hosts, beautiful views and walks straight from the roundhouse enjoyed by us and our cat Blue. Absolutely magical.

This was a super last-minute booking, despite knowing that it was going to be pretty wet all weekend. Despite the rain, this was a magical place and my son and I had a special time together. The rain maybe made it even more special.
Anna is lovely and very helpful and their dog spent quite a lot of time with us because he realised we would continue to throw a stick for it until we went to sleep. Which was bliss!

We absolutly would recommend a stay in the Yurt, it had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The location is ideal for a quiet, reflective break in nature. Listening to the owls and nightjars calls from the woods of an evening was a particular highlight. If you need a detox from the hectic world to relax and restore its the perfect space to do so.
The salad, steak and cheese hamper was amazing value, and the coffee and pancake stuff provided made us feel so welcome.

We had an excellent stay at the round house. The location is incredibly serene with gorgeous views. The building is beautiful and has been furnished with great attention to detail. The bed is really cosy, the hot shower is great and the cooking area is well equipped. Meg and Benjamin were very attentive hosts and we would warmly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful few nights. A great play to relax and loved the fact that it's so tucked away with so many walks straight out the door. A bonus was seeing the odd supersonic jet emerge at tree level at the end of the Mach Loop. Don't worry, these were a spectacle, not an irritation. Peace and serenity assured here and some wonderful beaches a short car ride away. Recommended!

A beautiful & enchanting place. Perfect to disconnect and reconnect with nature. The roundhouse itself is truly magical set in an almost mythical location. Will return and definitely recommend for those looking to tune out.

Absolutely beautiful site which was made even more special with Beryl. We loved the wildlife areas and the little paths to find games and the stream. We had a family game of rounders and watched the sunset from the bath 💖 we will certainly be coming back!

We had the best weekend in the gypsy caravan. The area was really pretty and felt very private and we had so much space to ourselves. The caravan itself was well equipped and the bed was really comfy. The separate bath caravan was also lovely.

Delighted with our accommodation. It was comfortable, stylish, and had every facility. A wonderful hot tub.
Helen was a great host, e mailing a really useful handbook, about the Lodge, & area.
I appreciated the fact that all the essential items like soap, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, teabags etc etc were supplied…! A great base to enjoy visiting an interesting area.

We love staying at this shepherds hut. Ian was on hand to help if needed. Perfect for a couple get away. We enjoyed ice cream at the beach and watching the sun go down. The hut has everything you need for a coastal escape!

Best place we have stayed!! So relaxing and peaceful, lots of rabbits and bird to watch. The pitch was out of this world. We took our reactive dog and it was the best place we could of brought him so dog friendly. The host is so lovely and kind also very helpful if need will definitely be rebooking.

This place is extremely special. Very remote, beautiful and tranquil in natural and peaceful surroundings.
If you're an eco-friendly animal lover you will be at home here. I wish I could have stayed forever.
The round house is so pretty, very clean, very well thought out, has everything you need and is the perfect retreat. I will return 100%.
Compost toilet is clean and tidy, not smelly. The shower is warm with everything you need and even the toiletries are amazing.
Megan and Benjamin are super lovely humans. Always there to help if needed, very kind and considerate.
I would recommend a pair of Wellies as is a little walk from the parking area to the round house. Definitely worth it though 👌
Also it's a good drive 'up' so keep going you're not lost 😅

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the railway wagon. Amazing place to just retreat by the fire and enjoy disconnecting from the busyness of life. We had everything we needed to cook during our stay. Tasteful decor inside and out.. Tranquil setting in nature. Beautiful views from the carriage and decking. The outdoor shower is lush and the outdoor bath is just dreamy 🛁🫧✨ Megan was responsive and on hand to answer our queries & gave us some great recommendations in the local area.
