Secluded Eco campsite, blessed with amazing views over the Shropshire Hills AONB. Red Kites, Buzzards and Kestrels soaring overhead and Sparrow Hawks flashing by. The Owls are very active at night. Wild Deer, Pheasants, Rabbits and Hares all visitors in our fields. Nature is very close here. We are in a "Dark Skies" area so star watching is a must.
Dont miss the Bluebell woodland walk adjacent to the site. Best in late April-May **NOW**
We are an "Eco Friendly Site" The camp is open plan pitches and you can generally choose your preferred spot. Families and children very welcome.
NEW March 24! A few All Weather Hard Standing pitches with easy road access. Great for winter or bad weather. If the weather turns bad you can upgrade after arrival (subject to availability)
Flushing clean toilet pods and sinks, sanitiser & soap with hot water but no showers yet. (were working on it) Large communal washup sinks. Disposal for Elsan chemicals and Grey water. Drive on service Aire for Motorhomes. Fresh water and Solar Generated Eco 6A and 16A points around the field. FREE WiFi and high speed broadband over the site.
Bring you own shower tent for FREE. Water hookup points all round the field.
The entire campsite may be booked for private parties and events (even when closed in winter)
The fields are surrounded by other farms with livestock so your dog (Maximum 2 per pitch Pre-Booked, MUST be on a short lead at all times please.

Tŷ Cochyn Caravan and Campsite is a 28 pitch Adult Only touring caravan, campervan and motorhome site set in North West Anglesey with stunning panoramic views across to Ireland - sit and watch the ferries and cruise liners come in and out of Holyhead, with Mynydd Twr (Holyhead Mountain) as the backdrop. Anglesey is well known for its big skies which are ideal for stargazing and who knows, you could see the Aurora Borealis! Pitches are a minimum of 80 sq. m. with Electrical Hook Up and water connection on each pitch. Chemical waste points are available. A brand new shower block awaits as well with private changing area, showers, toilets and basins. All of this in a tranquil setting full of wildlife. Dogs are welcome on leads on the site, or free to run off lead in the safety of the dog field. Take a stroll around the site to admire the views and connect with nature. Porth Swtan (Church Bay) beach is not far away which has plenty of facilities, Bay Bites which is open to non-residents, Wavecrest Café and the famous Lobster Pot restaurant. Main supermarkets are readily accessible in Holyhead. You are also a stone's throw from the Anglesey Coastal Path, which connects you to over 130 miles of the island's coastline. Tŷ Cochyn Caravan and Campsite also offers seasonal pitches and the option of over winter storage.
