There are also beautiful glamping pods available and a wood fired outdoor hot tub for those craving a spot of luxury The enthusiastic OTG crew provide a warm welcome on arrival and are always happy to help where they can. The site boasts spotless facillities with hot showers and flushing toilets. OTG have received a gold award from Green Tourism for their eco and environental work Pitches are on grass with optional electric or you can forget the tent pegs and stay in one of the lovely glamping pods, equipped with bedding, electric sockets and cooking appliances. The site has an onsite bar and caterers selling fresh coffee, smoothies and hot food. There is Family Friendly music playing most weekends (and also some adult only late night camping weekends available to book). We had a great stay in the Wye Pod at Great house farm. Communication was fab and super speedy! All info was sent over on email before our stay and made it very easy for checking in. The pod was cosy and clean, as well as the hot tub being the perfect temperature for arrival. The views are amazing and we all wished we could wake up and use a hot tub with that view everyday! the animals are all cheeky and fun to watch, my favourite was the donkeys! We had a really great dog friendly stay and would defo stay again! The only thing we wouldn't have minded more of was the tea, coffee & sugar. Otherwise a stunning stay!

Weekend Trip to Woodland Tipi & Yurt Holidays

We had a wonderful family weekend in Little Owl. The yurt was very comfortable and there was everything we could need nearby in the kitchen and toilet/shower block. We all enjoyed exploring the woods then relaxing in the hammock and roasting marshmallows over a campfire. We had two great day trips, canoeing on the Wye and hiring bikes in the Forest of Dean. Such a beautiful area, would definitely recommend!

Weekend Trip to Bechan Retreats

Amazing lodges, our family had Kites Nest and Barn Owl Lodge and they were perfect for our group size, including a toddler and elderly woman! They were comfortable and gorgeous. Interiors and views were stunning, I couldn't believe the sunsets at night, the hot tubs were such a treat and both lodges had fantastic seating areas on the deck, we went on the steam railway and enjoyed a BBQ at the lodge. Would love to come back next year.

Beautiful view. The sky at night is unlike anything I have ever seen; so clear that I could see every star! The hosts were personable and helpful. They offered activities and provided advice for food orders. The hot tub was stunning and located right next to the pod, so it felt very private hopping from one to the other. It was a well needed relaxing weekend! We will defo be going back :)

Weekend Trip to Cae Nant Glamping

Fantastic stay with lovely personalised attention and details. Great quiet tucked away spot and perfect for getting out and about... we had outside hot tub baths on both nights, made pizza on the terrace one evening, and enjoyed movie nights in front of the wood burner (with our nephew with special needs). We were out for pony trekking on the Sunday morning (30 mins away) and then Sunday lunch overlooking Lake Vyrnwy (10 mins away). Lovely cooked breakfast supplies and generally fabulous hosting. Highly recommended.
