The owners ask guests to keep in mind that this is simple camping with simple facilities: the bathroom, while kept clean, isn't made up of gleaming tiles and you may well see a spider's web here and there. There's no site reception here but although you may not see any staff during your stay, someone is always contactable by phone if you have any queries.
The centre runs regular events such as fairs, workshops and craft classes throughout the year: ask the friendly team for details of what's on offer during your stay.

Had an amazing time at Alison and Bear’s shepherds hut. Such a beautiful, peaceful location and a very cosy hut. Alison and Bear were very kind and helpful, guiding us to the hut when we arrived and they’d already lit the log burner and hot tub fire.

brilliant place to stay, very relaxed there but if you need anything they was there. me and my partner stayed here with our 2 daughters and our dog and it was 100% one of the best places we have been to, great veiws, great facilities. all in all will 100% be staying again and maybe try the other cabins.

Very private, lovely place so quiet, facilities were great, Chris was amazing and went ab9ve and beyond for us. Even put gazebo up over the seating area as on arrival it was raining hard. Yurt was amazing bed was really comfortable. Hot tub was an added bonus and the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. our dogs absolutely love the grounds. Would highly recommend. And I think we will be back again one day.

An absolutely beautiful stay on Sara's farm - the kids loved feeding the animals, the yurt was great and the hot tub and sauna were the perfect treat. The farm is surrounded by beautiful beaches too, a wonderful stay.

Had a really nice time at Rocombe Valley Retreat, Elliot was very welcoming on arrival, the bell tent was great and comfortable. The site was quiet and clean and they had a lot of essentials there ready to use in the shared kitchen, including a fridge/freezer to store food in. Wood fired hot tub was a nice treat to top it off.

We booked a weekend stay with our daughter and it was lovely, very peaceful and calm. She loved feeding the pigs! The hot tub stays hot for a long time once you’ve got it going so worth firing it up nice abs early. The site owners were always around and really helpful too.

We stayed at Rocombe Valley Retreat for 3 nights with 3 friends and wished we would have planned to stay longer! Rocombe Valley is a stunning farm, the yurt was comfortable and fully equipt, and Elliot was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Can only recommend!

The Yurt in the Orchard is an exceptional place to get away from it all. Be prepared for silence ! The Yurt is comfortable, the shepherds hut has the essentials for food prep and the washing up station does the job. The shower is great and the loo is functional while being eco friendly. Be prepared to spend hours in the hot tub looking at the stars and the milky way. Had a great weekend.

Private area with large garden.
Hot tub and sauna are a big plus.
Farm is quiet and very close to all North Devon has to offer.
Accommodation is actually very spacious. 4 fit easily in each room.
Highly recommended. We had a fabulous weekend, I could’ve stayed longer.

What a magical place ✨️
We had such a lovely, peaceful time. Fresh eggs from the chickens on arrival and some scones, cream and jam - what more could you ask for.
If you want to escape the rush of life and have some down time, this is definitely the place and it had everything you need to be comfortable and relax.

Yes, the north Cornwall village of St Agnes has it all and makes for the perfect destination on any camping holiday. Steeped in mining history and today enlivened with independent shops, galleries, cafés and pubs, the village of St Agnes remains a delightful seaside spot, with its rows of cottages and path leading down to the ruined harbour at Trevaunance Cove. St Agnes campsites aren't hard to come by – there are plenty within close proximity to the village – while good walks in the area (including the popular route past the iconic Wheal Coates engine house above Chapel Porth Beach) are plentiful too.
