Weekend Trip to Coverack Camping & Glamping
The tent was bigger than I imagined, very sheltered and private. Loved the considerations to the environment, the compost loos, solar panels. Great communication when I enquired about firewood. Easy access to Coverack, great coastal walks and swimming beaches nearby. Would highly recommend.

If you're looking for a peaceful & private retreat, this hidden gem is the perfect place to stay. We were warmly welcomed by Evie and daughter as soon as we arrived, even though it was a very wet & windy evening. Cottage Orne is cosy & comfortable with great views. Only natural sounds were to be heard including owls. After a day out walking with the dog in the beautiful surrounding countryside, it was lovely to be able to return & sit out on the decking, relax and warm yourself around the firepit. The fairy lights added a magical touch. The fenced cottage garden is ideal for those with dogs and having the freedom to access the extensive grounds was an unexpected treat. We had such a wonderful two-night stay at Elm Farm with two friends and our two dogs. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short drive to lots of beautiful beaches, with Porthtowan being a real highlight for us as it brought back childhood memories of visiting.
The facilities at Elm Farm were excellent and made our stay really comfortable. The hosts were so welcoming and attentive, and they went out of their way to give us loads of great recommendations for places to explore nearby.
One of the best surprises was discovering their café on the bike hire side, the food was absolutely amazing and not to be missed!
We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. We’d definitely recommend Elm Farm to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a fantastic location, and we’ll certainly be returning.

We stayed at Cottage Orne for the August bank holiday weekend and so glad we booked it. Evie was amazing and always available if needed and our kids loved playing with the new puppies. The cottage itself was perfect for a long weekend away and catered for our family of 4 with no problems. If we are ever back in the area, I'm sure we will be back to stay.

This is a place to feel connected to the land and to completely let go of all the pressures of modern living. Jan is passionate about bio diversity and I loved walking up to the yurt, brushing past lavender and sage and wild flowers full of bees and butterflies, picking an apple on the way - and having it for breakfast whilst looking over a most glorious sunrise view from Buzzard Yurt. Then a walk in the woods and chilling in the hammock reading and soaking up the birdsong and the sound of the buzzard up above. At night - lying on the deck looking up at a starry sky and sitting round the fire toasting marshmallows. A truly relaxing and healing few days. Thank you Jan.

Wow, wow, wow.
So we had a fantastic time at Kingfisher Yurt, relaxing under the Oak and Ash trees. Swimming pond was perfect.
Yurt was really comfortable and the kitchen was fab for dining and playing games, We hired the hot tub, which was also lovely.
Jan was a perfect host. We shall be back.

Open and natural space, which felt safe as the kids ran around. Facilities were all good as described. Some areas/facilities looked perhaps old/tired, but overall generally clean tidy with warm, friendly staff/owners.

This campsite introduced me to 'quiet camping' - I was concerned that it could be 'too quiet' for my daughter, but the barn (which is fully equipped with games, tables/chairs, and a little shop/bar) provides a central place where everyone congregates throughout the day. Totally geared up for peace and quiet, being out in nature, yet some dedicated features not typically associated with camping (compost loo, fire pit, picnic table and water tap for each pitch was a dream!).
And the hosts were friendly, full of fascinating facts and good conversation.
Would highly recommend, I'm looking forward to heading back next year.

Such a lovely campsite! Great facilities with thoughtful extra touches like the free tea and coffee in the morning and marshmallows on skewers handed out in the evening.
Pitches are spacious and semi private with long grass left to grow in between pitches. We also had our own tap!
Close to lots of beaches and castles.

We had a great stay at Elm farm which is in a fantastic location to go surfing and to explore the coastline and local beaches.
The campsite is lovely and quiet and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be going back!
