There are some amazing walks to do from the site, and being on the edge of the cotswolds there are plenty of pretty villages and market towns to explore. A small family run site in Weston-on-the Green village located with a local pub 5 minutes walk away and on site cafe. The site also has newly refurbished toilet and shower facilities. Amazing location to access Oxford city and easy access to M40 (Junction 9).
Good things await for those who grab a berth at Weston Caravan and Campsite, in the Oxfordshire village of Weston-on-the-Green. For starters, space seekers should be pleased to see that there’s plenty of breathing room around this former dairy farm – excellent news for kids or dogs that need a bit of haring-about time after being cooped up in the car. Depending on where you’ve plonked down you may find that your nearest neighbours are the resident beef cattle, sheep or horses; it’s worth keeping your eyes open for sightings of the hedgehogs that often scuttle about the place too. Perhaps most crucially for those whose stomachs dictate a site’s success is the presence of a café that serves up a tempting range of freshly cooked goodies: breakfasts (no rush – they’re served all day), salads, cakes and coffees, plus cheeses, pies and the like to take away. And how to get to this little slice of rural loveliness? The village is just a few minutes’ drive from the A34 and Junction 9 of the M40, making it both a useful stopover on cross-country voyages and a handy spot for Oxfordshire breaks (perhaps taking in Oxford, Blenheim Palace or bagging bargains in Bicester).

To ensure everyone’s enjoyment and safety, please follow these rules:
Supervise children: Always supervise your children and ensure they do not wander off alone.
Clean up after yourself: Dispose of all waste properly in the designated bins and leave no trace behind. Wash any items you use and return them to where you found them.
Respect other campers: Be courteous to fellow campers and respect their privacy and space.
Pets: If you bring pets, ensure they are well-behaved, kept on a leash or have impeccable recall, and cleaned up after. Do not allow your pet to enter another camper's space.
Quiet time: Maintain quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. All music must stop by 10pm, and noise should be minimal after 11pm.
Campfires: Penn Meadow Farm allows fires; please use existing scorched areas if possible rather than creating new ones. Never leave any fires unattended and ensure they are completely extinguished when finished. Wipe your feet prior to entering the Bell tents to remove any coal that may have become attached.
Cars/vehicles: Cars and vehicles can be on the field but should move minimally and always under 5mph. Car stereos should not be used for music entertainment.
Drugs and Alcohol: Drug use is prohibited, and violators will be asked to leave. Consume alcohol responsibly, and do not drive or move your vehicle after consuming alcohol.
We do not typically book Large non-family groups unless they are seeking a calm and peaceful stay. These groups must have authorization prior to the visit.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here over a weekend in March with our dog. The views straight from the pitch are wonderful. It’s really great (& very unexpected) that there’s a bathroom which was very clean. Chrome Hill & Parkhouse Hill are just down the road if hiking is your thing. We definitely recommend this place & will be returning. Thanks Alan & Lesa for a great spot to stay :-)

We loved this site, its overall size and simple spotless facilities, no fuss booking and check in, great location, gorgeous views, and a mud free level pitch despite the gails and rain we brought with us! Darren and Diana were fab, great communication, excellent care of the site and they even lent us a pair of grips when we found our gas tank valve has seized up and we couldn’t open it by hand. Hospitable hosts and a lovely site. Will definitely come back and highly recommend!

We had a fantastic weekend, just what we like in a campsite, small super quiet and chilled, fantastic views and good facilities, Darren & Diana were good hosts and communicated very well. Great walking in the area, the price you pay for the great view is a good hike back up to the site but worth it..! We stopped at the tea room down in the village before taking on the hill home, can highly recommend all the fresh cakes and food from the tea room a little gem.

Lovely little family-feel site, only 5 pitches so you get to know your neighbours! Would a great site if you have a few of you - to have the full site to yourselves if allowed. The facilities are nice; toilet & shower, hot water with outdoor washing up area - all you need on a little site like this. Good location for Chrome Hill and Parkhouse hill and other walks around the area.
Very open/exposed site at the top of the hill, so be mindful of the weather forecast. It was 39/40 mph wind the whole time I was there so did have to leave a night early unfortunately as my tent would not have survived! But apart from the uncontrollable weather, it was a lovely stay. Worth the visit!

Lovely little site with amazing views and quiet surroundings. Clean toilet & basic shower facility with water and cleaning items such as bin bags, kitchen sponges. We arrived at 6pm to an empty site and grabbed the corner plot before another couple arrived shortly after but was very comfortable all night. Owners checked in morning of departure but no issues to report. Will be back when the weather is drier to tackle pack house hill!

Absolutely gorgeous location!
Right next to Chrome hill, also know as Dragons back and a short drive to other greats hikes in the peaks such as Mam Tor.
It’s a small site which only has 5 pitches for campers/ motorhomes or roof tents.
Small but plenty of spec either side of your pitch and at the back so you have space for an awning/ gazebo set up. There is also a lovely little enclosed area with a picnic bench for everyone to use.
Only one toilet but plenty for the fact there are only 5 pitches, it was lovely and clean with a hot water shower.
There was also a little washing up area outside to clean your dishes and a tap for filling drinking water!
Much more than I expected from such a small site.
100% we will be back as it’s a perfect location for hikes and a gorgeous stay!
The hosts were also super friendly and helpful before and during our stay! Thank you again ☺️✨
Oh and it’s dog friendly, what more could you want.
