Our beautiful Log Cabin (KINGFISHER) was completed in May 2017 and the static homes style lodges, (LAVENDER AND SUNFLOWER) in April 2021. Kingfisher is a more rustic vibe with log burner and oil filled radiators for heating and Lavender and Sunflower are more modern vibe with gas central heating. Lavender and Sunflower both have ramp access. They all have their own personal jetty and veranda to fish from. You can also fish anywhere around the lake as we do not allow day tickets. Kingfisher has 3 bedrooms, so sleeps 3 singles or 3 couples. The other two have 2 bedrooms, so sleeps just 2 singles or 2 couples. It is such a peaceful haven. All your troubles just disappear when you arrive. The calming beauty of the lake is inspiring. We want this to become our very own nature reserve, encouraging nesting of all kinds to mature to full potential. We want you to share on our journey and progress along the way. We don’t look on this as a business, but a ‘home from home’. It is our secretive safe haven, nestled nicely in-between Boston and Skegness in a peaceful surrounding – there is no traffic apart from the occasional Spitfire or Lancaster flying by! Also, depending on what time of year, the occasional combine harvester or tractor working the surrounding fields. Please note that our fishing village and cabin site are for adults only, no children or pets are allowed. We may welcome well behaved and experienced fishing people from the age of 15 years upwards. The Little Stable is situated in a meadow, which is part of a 63 acre arable field adjacent to Laundimer Woods and Fermyn Woods. The land has been farmed by my father and grandfather for the last 60 years going back to a time of horse drawn ploughs and open top tractors. The stable was built 25 years ago for a horse called Whisper and over the years it was left to deteriorate. I have been gradually restoring the building since 2019 and decided it would be ideal as a luxury tiny home. On the doorstep are some fantastic walks and rides through the woods. They were one of the original re-release sites for Red Kites in the UK and the breeding programme has been incredibly successful. It's a hidden gem, off the beaten track and a great place to reconnect with nature and the countryside. We can give you a map of the many trails through the woodland and other places of interest. We would advise bringing a pair of wellies or sturdy walking boots. A short car journey away you will find Deene House & Park (3 miles), Kirby Hall (4 miles), Rockingham Castle (4 miles), Boughton House (5 miles), Lyveden New Bield (6 miles) and the pretty and historic market town of Oundle (7 miles), A little further afield there is the beautiful town of Stamford and magnificent Burghley House (19 miles).

The Little Stable is situated in a meadow, which is part of a 63 acre arable field adjacent to Laundimer Woods and Fermyn Woods. The land has been farmed by my father and grandfather for the last 60 years going back to a time of horse drawn ploughs and open top tractors. The stable was built 25 years ago for a horse called Whisper and over the years it was left to deteriorate. I have been gradually restoring the building since 2019 and decided it would be ideal as a luxury tiny home. I have put my heart and soul into build a unique, comfortable and private space for people seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. On the doorstep are some fantastic walks and rides through the woods. They were one of the original re-release sites for Red Kites in the UK and the breeding programme has been incredibly successful. It's a hidden gem, off the beaten track and a great place to reconnect with nature and the countryside. We can give you a map of the many trails through the woodland and other places of interest. We would advise bringing a pair of wellies or sturdy walking boots. A short car journey away you will find Deene House & Park (3 miles), Kirby Hall (4 miles), Rockingham Castle (4 miles), Boughton House (5 miles), Lyveden New Bield (6 miles) and the pretty and historic market town of Oundle (7 miles), A little further afield there is the beautiful town of Stamford and magnificent Burghley House (19 miles).

The shepherd hut was clean and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and we had some amazing sunsets and rises. The wood fired hot tub was great as was the wood fire BBQ which was super easy to use and made the food taste great. We had a fantastic 2 nights and can’t wait to go back.

A spotless shepherds hut, welcoming with some delicious treats. A lovely place to stay with great views after climbing the windmill, freshly baked bread on the premises and friendly staff. Clean showers and bathrooms. Farm animals such as chickens, donkey and a horse in the field and the owl calling at night.

Loved our little glamping adventure to Serenity Lakes! The huts have everything you need, from cutlery to microwave and towels and even UNO playing cards. Everything is really well signposted aned explained in the welcome brochure in the hut. Absolute highlights wad obviously the wood-fired hot tub 💞 but also the beautiful sunsets on the lake!

We enjoyed our stay at Laura's glampsite even though the weather was wet and windy. The hot tub was a treat as was the 'cinema under the stars'! It was our first time glamping and we loved it! The yurts were lovely - comfortable and cosy, plenty of space for a family of 4. It was quite cold over the weekend but we were toasty with the log burner on. The pool was an added bonus and the restaurants onsite were excellent. We ate dinner at the the Pizza/Tapas tipi restaurant ‘Sundown’ which was fantastic, plus a great breakfast in the hotel restaurant. This was all the convenience of hotel facilities with the outdoors of the glamping site. We also had a mix up with the booking dates through Hipcamp and Ruth the host was great, called straight away to sort out and saved us some money too. We’ll be back!

I am happy to report having a wonderful experience despite being caught in a storm. Initially I had considered cancelling my booking in the face of weather warnings yet I was so pleased to have persisted. The yurt, hot tub and other amenities were beautifully prepared and felt safe and secure. While the location was just what I was seeking. The experience was to provide an occasion for my partners birthday and this was well received. My thanks to Amelia for thoughtfully creating a lovely, charming and relaxing space to be enjoyed.
