There are also beautiful glamping pods available and a wood fired outdoor hot tub for those craving a spot of luxury The enthusiastic OTG crew provide a warm welcome on arrival and are always happy to help where they can. The site boasts spotless facillities with hot showers and flushing toilets. OTG have received a gold award from Green Tourism for their eco and environental work Pitches are on grass with optional electric or you can forget the tent pegs and stay in one of the lovely glamping pods, equipped with bedding, electric sockets and cooking appliances. Nice, quiet campsite. Easily accessible from east London/M11. We were greeted by Emma and David who were very friendly. We were given a private pitch in a small paddock beside the cattle instead of the main field. This was great for the kids to run around safely and play games. Lots of wildlife. We saw swifts, birds of prey and lots of butterflies, dragonflies, etc. No road noise or aeroplanes. Toilets were clean and close to us, but would have been a bit of a trek from the main field. We had a very nice time and would be happy to return.

Very nice off grid experience. Facilities are good but it’s more of a rustic experience than luxury. We had a lovely weekend. Nice walks to the vineyard (1 hour) who have a nice outside area to try wines and the cheeseboard is decent. The rifleman pub is a stones throw from the nuthatch and the food is really good. Wood fired hot tub is a nice touch. Just have to be patient with it. Really friendly host. Would definitely go back.

Everything is really well signposted aned explained in the welcome brochure in the hut. Absolute highlights wad obviously the wood-fired hot tub 💞 but also the beautiful sunsets on the lake!

This is a lovely rural campsite. We stayed for three nights, visiting Cambridge during the days and enjoying the nature and quiet when we got back to the tent. Facilities are clean and well-designed. The owners are very friendly and were quick to help when when we couldn't find our firepit. A wonderful place to relax--recommended.

Thank you David, Jane & Tory for a wonderful stay at Little Fleece. It’s set in a gorgeous place with beautiful views! The Shepherds hut itself feels luxury - everything in there is thought of & we had the most comfortable sleep! Loved the little homemade biscuits, fresh bread & organic soap touches. The outside bath is just amazing! Also a big shoutout to Jane & David - that were the perfect hosts & so warm & friendly. They dropped us & picked up from the local pub nearby (so picturesque/overlooking the cricket ground) & got the fire going whilst we were out in the hot tub! It was perfect anniversary get away! We will be back & recommend to everyone we know!

A lovely, quiet site. Wonderfully clean air, dark skies, far from traffic noise and flight paths. Facilities are excellent and the site is safe and secure. The camping field is level and well tended, surrounded by attractive fields and woods. There are some nice walking paths nearby, and likewise good and quiet roads for cycling (although some surprisingly hilly for Suffolk). Note that the nearest shops are some distance away, so do plan ahead. You'll have a great time.
