Weekend Trip to Cherish Glamping
Amazing 3 nights in the yurt. So cozy and snug with the woodburner going but also lots of space with the bed, tea, coffee and breakfast bits, the table and sofa. Breakfast was delicious and the whole vibe of the place was really friendly and welcoming. Loved stargazing from the hot tub. Walked to Askrigg Waterfall one day (plus food from the lovely bakery in Askrigg village) and visited the Creamery in Hawes on another day. Beautiful part of Yorkshire!! Thanks for having us

Weekend Trip to Fairy Bell Wood
Ste and Emily's yurt was so relaxing for our winter getaway. We absolutely loved the wood burning stove and the hob was just enough for us to cook inside. We also loved that the yurt was located in between the Lakes and the Dales! We were able to get in a hike in on both days we were there! Would highly recommend! Thank you Ste and Emily for a lovely stay!

We stayed in the yurt at Fairy Glen Wood and it was just perfect. It had everything we needed for a relaxing little retreat peaceful, comfortable, and surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!

Weekend Trip to Fairy Bell Wood
This is a truly beautiful space. We've stayed in lots of yurts and this is the nicest by far. It's fab to have somewhere to sit inside if you need. But lovely spots outside too. The kitchen area is really useful and has everything you'd need. We followed the instructions for the shower and it worked perfectly. I loved the full length window to lay in bed and watch the sunset. Best of all if you're as anti social as me..... It's totally on it own! We re already planning our next visit.

Weekend Trip to Hadrian's Wall Country Yurts
Caroline was fantastic! She made the check-in and check out so easy and ensured our comfort throughout, and the yurt and its facilities were perfect! This place is a gem!
External cooking facilities were great, as was the wood fired hot tub!....perfect for a just needed getaway!
Would certainly stay here again and again!...the yurts décor and cleanliness was exceptional.
Top tip...order the pizza oven...its really worth it.

Loved our wee girls getaway at the Carrick yurt. I only booked 2 nights as it's our 1st time staying in a yurt but I loved everything about it. Yurt is cosy , plenty of wood come with and woodburner ready to go. Caroline is very friendly and helpful. First time using a wood burning hottub and the instructions felt complicated but ended up not that hard at all and once it's heated up the first night , the water stays hot next day and don't need that long to heat up. And it's so nice. Spend all night in the hot tub even when it rained the first night and full moon and stargazing the 2nd night. Thank you for the eggs and Marshmallows left for us. We will definitely come back again.

My first glamping stay and this set a high bar! The yurt was beautiful and comfortable. Situated on a farm with great views of fields and hills. Enjoyed walks, roasting marshmallows, foozball, and hottub. Loved the private outhouse, that we could order in meals, and that the yurt was already fitted with bedding.

Weekend Trip to Fairy Bell Wood
We spent two nights at the yurt for a little weekend whilst we had some rare days off together. Everything about it was perfect. The yurt is incredibly well looked after and decorated beautifully, and incredibly cosy with the log fire on. The actual land itself is so quiet and out the way, and being in the woods with noone else around is just an added bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better place and can't wait to go back (preferably when the blue bells are out!). We didn't need anything from Ste as everything was really obvious, but he was quick to respond when we forgot to empty the cool box when we left (there were some good beers in that box!).

Beautiful spot hidden in the lakes. Fantastic scenery all around with easy access to the dales way and other footpaths. Very cozy and homely inside with great facilities.

Beautiful, secluded yurt with stunning views across the countryside. You really felt like you were in your own little oasis.
We had plenty of firewood and amenities to keep us going whilst we were there so had no need to contact the hosts.

We loved staying at Caroline & Ian's Hadrian's wall yurts! The yurts are incredibly cosy with the log burner on, and the wood fired hot tub is perfect for relaxing and viewing the surrounding quiet countryside or star-gazing if the sky is clear (which is was for us!). The kids loved it. The site is also great for kids with plenty of space to run around and also checking in on the hens to see if any new eggs had been laid. The kitchen area in the yurt included everything we needed and the games were an added bonus! Really close to some parts of Hadrian's wall and the ancient abbey at Lanercost. Highly recommended - thanks so much to Caroline and Ian for creating a lovely spot to get away and relax.

What a weekend. Amazing experience staying in the Yurts. They are so much fun. The kids loved seeing the chickens each morning for eggs, horses in the fields and the most amazing stars at night. We were recommending the place while we were there to friends and family. They are very warm, spacious for a family of 4 we would happily visit anytime of year. We will be re booking for next year soon
