Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's. Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows. There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites. Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive. The barndominium has its own, fenced barnyard that consists of a wooly sheep, a miniature horse, and an entire chicken coop where you can feed the chickens anytime while admiring our beautiful Indian peacock. You will also be able to see (but not touch) the turkeys, a mini pig, and an alpaca close by! 4. What other rentals are at the ranch? There is a tiny house, two bell tent yurts, mini-cabins and an entire Old West Village. YES! You can have friends and family rent other units and make this a group experience. You can also see all of our listings if you click our name (logo.) 5. What's the history of the ranch? The property is a horse stable and animal rescue for two decades. Local students take weekly horse lessons here and the public books guided educational tours and other activities. The ranch also produces a small amount of alpaca fiber and sheep wool that's sold yearly. 6. Can friends and family visit me while I'm at the ranch? No. The only people permitted to enter the property are registered guests. The public cannot access the property and we have a coded entrance gate. As a guest, you can expect to see other guests here, not people walking in off the street. 7. Can I catch a UBER or LYFT? Yes! You can easily catch a ride to Ocean City, Maryland, or beyond. You'll need to be picked up at the entrance gate, not at the barndominium. How about food delivery? Yes! Order Doordash or pizza delivery. Just plan to meet your driver at the entrance gate, not the barndominium. 8. Is there an option for early check-ins and late check-outs? No. Because this property has multiple rentals and cleanings, we do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. 9. Are activities for children a different price than adults? All of our on-site activities are the same price for everyone. 10. Can I bring my pet or service animals? No. We do not allow any guest animals or pets to stay with us due to regulations and safety issues. We are also service animal exempt due to safety issues with nearby guardian livestock. 11. What is the smoking/ vaping policy? We operate a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy at all times inside all of our rentals. The Swedish Cowboy space is located inside a barn and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited while inside the barn house or directly outside. The best place to smoke is by walking down the driveway or inside your car (away from the stable.) 12. How secure is the ranch? The property has six outdoor security cameras running and in use at all times. These outdoor security cameras help protect humans and animals alike. There's a coded entrance gate upon your arrival to the ranch and there is on-site management that is available during your stay. You cannot enter the property without a code and we ask that you do not give it out while you're here. 13. This home sleeps 4 guests *including* babies and children. Have more than 4? Add 5th, and 6th guests for $25.00 for each additional person for your stay. We do not accommodate more than 6 guests max. 14. What are the checkout procedures? We have a 5-step checkout process and ask that our guests leave the barn house the way they found it, (neat and tidy.) We love to brag about super clean guests who leave our home well cared for.

HORSES WELCOME!  Why not run your horse on the beach, then come to our campsites to relax for the rest of your day.  There is a fenced pasture positioned next to the sites so you can see your faithful friend enjoying some grass or hay.  We have a new Zinger 29' trailer set up with a bunk room and another bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom.  It can easily sleep six people.  If you have your own RV, we have a full hook up at the same area.  The pasture where your horse stays will also have hay, water and shelter with a run-in.  This is a sanctuary for our animals.  We have nine animals here, four horses (some minnies) and five donkeys (some minnies).  By staying here, you will be helping us to support our animals.  We are in Frankford, De which is close to all the beaches and parks.  There are many shopping adventures awaiting you, either outlets or upcycle stores.  If you just want to relax, there is a small pond out back stocked with bass and turtles.  We have 17+ acres but we only use the front five acres and leave the rest for the deer, foxes, eagles, hawks and whatever else shows up.  We believe this is Heaven on earth and would love to share it will you.  So please come, stay at our farm and relax.  We are here year round.

Lewes beach is only about 10 minutes away and Rehoboth beach is about 20 minutes away. Sports at the beach is only 5 miles away. Tanger outlets is 8 miles away. We sit on the Mason Dixon line with a 1764 historical marker on our property that divides the towns of Federalsburg, MD and Bridgeville, DE. Even though we are 5 miles from either small town. Our farm consists of 41 acres total with our Homestead on 31 ac. The other 10 ac. Unplugged Forest, sits just off a dirt road that our non-tidal creek divides from our homestead. The best part of our secluded location is being close to popular towns like Easton, St. Michaels, Cambridge or Ocean City in Maryland. In Delaware cities like Milford, Milton, Rehoboth or Lewes are top rated. Whether it's city, sand, seafood or beach festivals you desire, you're only within an hour or less away. We have created an off the grid, calming nature experience for you to enjoy privately. You will be surrounded by forest, tilled farms, horse farms and an abundance of wildlife. Native and wildflower gardens, fruit and nut trees were all planted just steps away from your tent areas in September 2024. Giving you a place to unplug from the everyday chaos and enjoy all nature has to offer. We even made a space that includes everything one needs to have a Forest Tea Party. Inside Uncontained, read a book or play a board game in this cozy shipping container we repurposed for you. Or just take shelter from a summer pop up thunderstorm. Nature provided a hammock area amongst the tall pine trees and we provide 7 hammocks to nap in. We also provide, chairs for the fire pit, picnic tables, charcoal grill, a propane cooktop. You can't truly enjoy our space without walking the short on Jeremiah Dixon and Charles Mason Trail. A path they would have taken in the 1700’s. Adventure through the forest and over the small creek to our homestead to place one foot in both States at the historical Mason Dixon marker under the old wild Cherry tree. Local students take weekly horse lessons here and the public books guided educational tours and other activities. No. The only people permitted to enter the property are registered guests. The public cannot access the property and we have a coded entrance gate. We sit on the Mason Dixon line with a 1764 historical marker on our property that divides the towns of Federalsburg, MD and Bridgeville, DE. Even though we are 5 miles from either small town. Our farm consists of 41 acres total with our Homestead on 31 ac. The other 10 ac. Unplugged Forest, sits just off a dirt road that our non-tidal creek divides from our homestead. The best part of our secluded location is being close to popular towns like Easton, St. Michaels, Cambridge or Ocean City in Maryland. In Delaware cities like Milford, Milton, Rehoboth or Lewes are top rated. Whether it's city, sand, seafood or beach festivals you desire, you're only within an hour or less away. We have created an off the grid, calming nature experience for you to enjoy privately. You will be surrounded by forest, tilled farms, horse farms and an abundance of wildlife. Native and wildflower gardens, fruit and nut trees were all planted just steps away from your tent areas in September 2024. Giving you a place to unplug from the everyday chaos and enjoy all nature has to offer. We even made a space that includes everything one needs to have a Forest Tea Party. Inside Uncontained, read a book or play a board game in this cozy shipping container we repurposed for you. Or just take shelter from a summer pop up thunderstorm. Nature provided a hammock area amongst the tall pine trees and we provide 7 hammocks to nap in. We also provide, chairs for the fire pit, picnic tables, charcoal grill, a propane cooktop. You can't truly enjoy our space without walking the short on Jeremiah Dixon and Charles Mason Trail. A path they would have taken in the 1700’s. Oh my gosh....What an absolutely fabulous little gem this tiny house is! Lovely and clean, with a microwave , fridge, heat and AC, and coffee maker. A cozy fire pit is nearby as is a hot tub surrounded by twinkling lights. Andrea was such a super helpful hostess and genuinely nice getting me set up. The camping site was so beautiful. A picnic table was provided and I was able to purchase some fire wood that the owner dropped off at our site. Plenty of room for the 6 people I camped with, two tents and two cars. Plenty of places to walk around and explore and so fun to see the horses walk by! There was some confusion checking in and finding the spot as there are a few spots around the acres. I would love to come back someday!

We absolutely love camping here. We just stayed for our third time. What a lovely horse farm and it's so nice to be able to walk our dog off leash. The farm dogs are very friendly and love to come over and be petted and hang out for a spell. Best part of this site for us is the fact that it's less than 8 mi from our house so it's a convenient getaway.

What a wonderful place with fantastic hosts!!! I stayed in the tiny cabin with friends for two nights. It was TINY and absolutely heavenly. It's the attention to detail that made this a true luxury glamping experience. The bathroom, oh the bathroom!! Best campground bathroom I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). Our host, Andrea, was genuine, beyond gracious, super knowledgeable, and generous with her time. She showed us all around the farm and shared their story since the inception of the property. I have so much adoration, admiration, and respect for these guys. Between the fresh eggs and meat, interactions with the animals, the garden, firepit, and hot tub, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. I give Huck and Buck a 10/10 and can't recommend it enough for car glamping. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

The "Old West Bank" is a one-room mini-cabin that will take you back to the time of bank robberies and gold. However, this town bank comes with two twin-size beds in case you have an extra cowboy/ cowgirl with you, along with a smart TV, a mini fridge, a microwave, and heating/ air. This bank themed cabin is light and bright due to the beautiful stained glass, and transom windows that let in the perfect moonlight. You'll enjoy watching Herbie the Scottish Highland peacefully graze from your rear window. Since this bank has a lot of gold, you may want to sit in the front porch rocking chairs and keep an eye out for any bandits! (((((((While our bathhouse is still under construction, there is access to a FLUSHABLE portable potty, an outdoor sink, and an outdoor hot/cold shower. See pictures. Please, no prissy bank tellers!)))))) While here at the ranch, you can also enjoy one of our many on-site experiences, such as "Chores N' Tour" (feeding, watering, and learning about 20+ farm animals.) This tour happens daily at 10am. How secure is the camping area? There is a coded entrance gate at the property entrance along with 6 outdoor security cameras that stay on 24 hours a day for guest and livestock safety. 9. Are there animals nearby? Yes! Cowtown is named after our unique Scottish Highland bull with one horn up and one down. You'll see “Herbie” peacefully grazing in a nearby pasture along with horses, goats, an alpaca, a sheep, a rare curly-haired pig, a peacock, and fancy top-hat chickens that all call the ranch home. 10. Participating in a guest activity is mandatory here. We have FREE indoor scavenger hunts and the FREE Name Challenge memory game. Our most popular experience is "Chores N' Tour” where you meet up with Shelley to feed and get up close and personal while feeding 20+ animals. Go ahead! take selfies with Fonzie the kissing alpaca, play the rollover challenge with Charlotte the pig, and hay the jumping goats. As a bonus, Shelley will also let you check out the inside of any unoccupied rentals on the property to plan your next trip! Chores N' tour is $10/ person. 1 hr. long. Also on-site, are Brush N' Bond horse grooming sessions, horse whispering lessons, and farm animal paint sessions. Once you book, send Shelley a message with your chosen ranch activity! 11. Do guests have access to the entire ranch? No, guests have access to the glampground, cornhole, and parking area here at the ranch. The rest of the property is reserved for our animal rescue (habitats) and fenced off for safety. Animals are easily viewed from all locations while the goats can be pet and fed anytime if you bring some baby carrots or string beans. 12. What sounds can I expect to hear? Expect to hear typical sounds of nature such as crickets, owls, and the crackling of a fire. In the morning, you'll hear our sweet goat trio, Charlotte the pig, and her excited "oinks" along with the occasional "moooo" and possibly a crow from the rooster and a "honk" from Petey our peacock who is ready for breakfast! 13. What are the check-out procedures? We ask that guests leave the space the way they found it (neat and tidy.) We also love to brag about any super clean guests!

A long roadside stretch about 100 ft deep along Old Ocean City rd in Parsonsburg Md. Graveled land for parking but driving over grass area is encouraged. The whole runs together while the visiting area is west of the main. center tree. Electric plug-in for RV or regular on site, go to the utility meter it's on a pedestal. 5 mi east of Salisbury, 30 minutes to Ocean City Maryland and Millsboro Delaware. All of the beaches are right at hand, the Pocomoke River, Berlin and other tourist sites. Camping permitted, fires permitted. Clean up and bury your waste, RVs and boat storage permitted. Most open land uses are zoned for that area, it's "village commercial". Stay long as you wish, all season or all year. Plenty of space, all of it is off street parking and there are gravelled spots and paved areas as well.
