Site 1 - Large Cowboy Wall Tent
in Big Quiet Cowboy Camping, WyomingOne of the best and most unique experiences of my life! When we first arrived, there was a little confusion about which tent we were staying in, but the other guests were gracious and we worked it out quickly. If you enjoy the melodic sounds of nature, animals in the nearby field, hammocks by a babbling brook, amazing sunsets, shooting stars under a Milky Way sky, and campfires shared with friendly strangers, this place is for you! Rod was a knowledgable and friendly host. Not only did he advise us where to go, he shared personal stories, stories of the Crow Indians, Japanese internment camp, and the history of Heart Mountain with us. Our conversations with him truly made our trip extra special.

Japanese Cabin
in Big Quiet Cowboy Camping, WyomingThe Japanese Cabin was better than we could have imagined! It was private and serene. The soaking tub was amazing, bed was comfortable, and kitchen was equip and perfectly sized incase you want to do a little cooking The deck overlooked an expansive field and sky, showcasing the moon, shooting stars, Milky Way, and sunrise. We wished we had booked it for more than one night because we truly did not want to leave!
