(Dispersed site)
Easy access from the road with several level sites suited for tent or RTT camping. Lovely creek running along the property. Firepit was great for roasting s'mores. Only issue is we heard road noise in our tent from traffic on nearby Hwy 840 overnight, but this likely wouldn't be an issue if you're camping in a trailer.

Fern Gulley Creekside Camping

in Peaceful Hills Retreat Campground, TennesseeThe waterfall campsite is exactly what one hopes for - and more! The lay of the land is level & smooth, and there's good shade by the waterfall to keep the tent cool. On top of that, Jenifer goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I really liked that there were already a table, chairs, and firewood on hand - meaning less for me to pack! There's some world-class adventure cycling to be found right outside the camp, and after a long day in the saddle, it was refreshing to take a dip on the stream adjacent to the campsite. I highly recommend!

Past trip
in Wildwood, TennesseePleasant spot w/ friendly hosts
Simple, straightforward place to camp with a natural spring, power hook-up, outhouse, and a surprisingly good cell signal available. But most of all, the hosts were gracious and friendly, and asked if there was anything I needed. I would definitely camp here again. Lots of great gravel cycling routes in the area.
One travel tip: the street numbers on all the nearby mailboxes didn't seem to align with the address of the property, but the location pin from the Google/Waze/Hipcamp maps is accurate (as is the owner's description of the property - you won't miss it!)

David hasn't gone on any trips yet.
Hipcamp Hosts can leave an optional review of their Hipcampers after the trip is completed. This is where those reviews from Hipcamp Hosts will appear.
