Beautiful 20+ acres of forest and maple woodland with walking trails and a fire pit, tucked away from our main house to feel very private. Just 8 minutes from the small town of Carleton Place, you'll have access to large grocery stores, gas stations, and all essential amenities. Plus, downtown Ottawa is only 35 minutes away! Pack in, pack out — please take all garbage with you. There are no hookups yet, but feel free to ask if you need assistance. We're happy to help fill water tanks and send you on your way. No garbage cans on site, no washroom facilities on site Follow the Welton’s Wallow sign and the red arrows on the trees all the way back into our private back clearing and enjoy the peace and quiet.This site is located in the back 10 acres of our 23 acres homestead. Large clearing along a charming old wooden farm fence that still sometimes gets a few cow visitors! There is a picnic table, fire pit and ample space if you have your furry pet friends travelling with you. No hook ups, but happy to fill water tanks at the main house for you with clean, drinkable water. Access to small amounts of charging battery items at the main house as well upon owners approval. 7 minutes from the cute small town of Carleton Place, 40 minutes to downtown Ottawa, 45-1hr to Ottawa airport. We are the perfect, safe spot super close to amazing daily adventures!

Great site as described. Sierra was very communicative and helpful. The signs and instructions were very clear and she even let us use her trails for a morning dog walk.
