Katie was very nice everything you need for utensils too cooking pots and BBQ grills all at your disposal they give you one bag of firewood for each tent or cabin and if you want to burn more there is more available at the top of the hill for 10$ :) the place was kept clean mind you are pretty close to the highway so it may get noisy from time to time but nothing too crazy. All and all my wife and me had a wonderful relaxation here. Will definitely recommend too others.

The pitch tent area was huge! Lots of space and still somewhat feels secluded from the rest of the sites on the property. The creek is a great addition. Also the kitchen area was maintained very well.

Perfect getaway!

Super great experience. Katie was super responsive and had great communication from answering all my questions before we booked to seeing us off. Facilities are fantastic. The kitchen facilities had -everything- we needed and more. Great set up if all you want to do is bring your tent / sleep setup. Cute little sheet with things to do in the area. Had our own little campfire and Muskoka chairs. Outdoor shower is nice after a long hike and the creek was fun for a dip as well. It’s a little close to the road so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper but absolutely no complaints! We had a great stay and it was exactly what we were looking for :)

Katie’s place is amazing, location is right off the highway. Katie is very responsive. As soon as we booked the place we got very clear instructions from her for directions and check in procedure. Place was very clean and organized. Kitchen has everything you need . Thanks Katie

I have stayed at this location twice now and have made ever lasting memories. Amazing and friendly people, gorgeous land, and so many amenities to comfort your stay! If you’re planning on camping in the area I 100% recommend staying here.

My husband and I had a great time at Katie’s place! The property is beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean. The tents weren’t as far apart as I thought, it was a hard to tell in the photos, but the other campers were respectful and quiet so it was fine. My favourite part was the creek! It was lovely to just float in. And there are some great hikes close by, my favorite was Gut Conservation Area, there was a beautiful waterfall there! The tent was spacious and cozy, and even withstood a huge storm our first night. It had a some mildew which concerned me but it’s the end of the summer so I totally understand. Overall, we loved this spot and had a fun time! Thank you Katie for everything.

I stayed at the Blue Jay Glamping tent with my husband for two days, and it was such a great experience! Katie was quick to respond and made everything easy. The place is beautiful and super relaxing, exactly what we needed for a getaway. The tent was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for glamping. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

Very nice stay. Highly recommended! We stayed 4 nights and most of the time the campground was just for us, but also when there were other people it was very private and cool. Nice activities around as well.

it was a nice well maintained camp ground,options to Glamp it's near a busy street YES but it didn't bother us, YES there's bug and mosquito but it's like this everywhere just come prepared with spray and if you have a tent with mesh ,we would have loved to swim but it's kinda cold but stil enjoyed the sound of the running water it's very therapeutic.Katie and Sam was nice and very accommodating. the communal kitchen was something I've never seen before and it's a great way to bond with fellow campers but this weekend it's less people. we will definitely come back here.

Gorgeous campsite

I'm more used to back country camping, but since this was my 4 month old niece's first camping trip we decided to try glamping. Katie's land is beautiful, I wish it wasn't raining so we could have dipped in the creek but it is what it is! The water looked surprisingly clear. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies so all you need to bring is your food, the bed was comfortable and the tent was spacious. Would definitely come back!

Our first glamping experience. Hubby and I had fun. The place was easy to find .. everything you need really is provided from the beddings to kitchen utensils .just bring your food and bug spray .. tubing in the creek was a great way to cool off and relax .. the bed and pillows in the tent was soo cozy but best of all Katie is very friendly host .. thank you for the smores kit 🤗❤️

Was a great weekend! Lots of kitchen space, 2 bbqs, and an extremely refreshing creek! We spent the whole weekend next to the water and taking periodic floats. Nice sandy creek with clean water! Would definitely go again!

It was a first for us, didn't know what to expect. It was a wonderful stay. Katie was very friendly and helpful with our needs. We went out hiking on her recommendations. The swim in the creek was a highlight, perfect to relax, and end the day with a campfire. The location is right beside the highway, convenient, but the vehicle noises can be heard through the night,so if you are looking for complete silence then it Maynot be for you. We didn't mind it, the place was secluded, the community kitchen housed everything. A Strong Bug spray is a MUST, the campfire and mosquito repellent I carried wasn't effective. I'm still recovering from the mosquitoe bites. The night starlit sky is something you miss in the city, and it would be a treat for anyone with an interest in stargazing . I would definitely revisit.

Relaxing, Refreshing & Recommended

Had an amazing weekend glamping on Katie’s property! The stream was clear and refreshing during the hot days. Many different fire pits available and an outdoor kitchen that was fun and easy to use. Luckily the evenings are getting a bit cooler so not too many bugs out and we were able to stargaze for hours. Would recommend this site to friends and family!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Creekside Glamping Campsite with a group of 21 campers, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The campsite is nestled beautifully near a creek, providing a serene and picturesque setting. The kids absolutely loved spending their days tubing on the creek. The water was refreshing, and the gentle current made it safe and fun for everyone. It was a delight to see them enjoying the natural surroundings so much. The glamping tents exceeded our expectations in terms of both space and comfort. Each tent was spacious, well-furnished, and provided a cozy retreat after a day of activities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. Katie and her husband, the hosts, were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They were always ready to assist. Overall, our stay at Creekside Glamping Campsite was fantastic. It's a perfect destination for families and groups looking to enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience, the space is large and immersed in nature, there is a creek right on the property and tons of amenities, the host has put a lot of thought into providing anything you may need, and is flexible, communicative and accommodating. Facility is well maintained, and lots of care put in by the host and it shows! If you are a sensitive or light sleeper, a pair of earplugs might improve your sleep as there can be loud traffic sounds at night. All in all, I highly recommend booking!

If you haven't spent a few nights on the river you haven't lived yet. Beautiful, quiet and plenty to do. Meals so.easy yo make. Kitty perogi is great company. Hosts do anything and everything they can to make stay comfy and fun. We have been twice now and probably going back before the season ends. Love from becca and codey. Cheers

Great Glamping!!

Katie was a great host and was very communicative. The tent was absolutely clean and spacious. The bed was comfy! The Porta Johns are about the cleanest I’ve used. In the kitchen tent the Area is fantastic.- well equipped with all of the needs and also very clean. The creek is lovely to swim in or to paddle for a short distance. It’s not a long paddle but it’s a beautiful winding path. And the fire pits were a great way to spend the evenings. The site is also very central to so many other lakes and hikes. We look forward to returning!

Would Stay Again! Bring Bug Spray!

The site was easy to find and exactly as described, with a fire ring and two chairs at each location. Access to the creek and use of tubes was free to any campers, which made for a nice afternoon activity after some long hikes. The area was well kept, with two bathrooms that were always available despite a full camp. It was definitely as buggy as some of the reviews had warned, but I made sure to layer on bug spray and came out of a long weekend with only two mosquito bites.

It was a perfect stay. The outdoor kitchen is a wonderful set up and the options of different games was awesome. The tent we stayed in was so nice and we loved the little s’more bag. The river was so refreshing. We would definitely stay again.
