Tres Lagos Camping is part of the Florida agritourism initiative. Where travelers from all over the world come to experience and enjoy a different kind of florida. We’re a small 5 acre family farm involved in the cultivation and preservation of rare and endangered palms with many other edible tropical plants for our visitors to enjoy. You can view our palms at all stages of growth from seed to maturity. Enjoy our U-pick varieties of mangos, Caribbean cherries, sugar cane, bananas, coconuts and we’re adding more all the time. There is even a sugarcane maze and bamboo gardens in progress for the kids and adults to enjoy. But don’t forget your veggies! Get up close and personal with where some of your medicines and vegetables come from. We have some small areas for education about different medicinal plants like Turmeric, ginger, saw palmetto and a few others. Take the tours or classes or just sit back and enjoy the view! Hope to see you soon.

Palmetto Patch
It's ok kids felt like camping at someone else backyard house, the place is ok, very uncomfortable terrain in a rocky road very hard for a tent floor. A lot of red fire ants and the doggy 🐕 💩 poop smelled around. A big snake pass by the road and everyone almost freaked 😳. The area close by this place, very hard to find some park for kids or family to enjoy outdoors. Too many pick up trucks driving and nothing to do a part to eat at mc Donald's almost 15 miles away and go back to sleep, barely. Basically no what we were expecting as a family for the first time doing a Day camping.

Lagoon Plateau @ Tres Lagos
My experience was very nice and quiet! That is what I was looking forward to! George is a great host, he got me set up at my camp site and I highly recommend the Brazilian cherry juice, that his wife makes fresh from their tree, better than OJ! George had set me up for a fire, but each afternoon around 4 the rain came, cooled everything off, so to wet for a fire. Their pool is nice and clean, very refreshing!! I spent a lot of time there, not a busy place! Lots of green trees and grass and lots of ponds. Turtles, frogs, fish and I saw lots of birds. Sunrise and sunset are very serene and peaceful!

Loving Loblolly way!
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at George & his family’s Palm Tree Farm!! Between the wildlife, the ponds, and the palms, us WI folk couldn’t have found something more that feels like home. George goes out of his way to make sure you are happy in your spot. We have stayed with George for an extended amount of time & have gotten to know him a little bit. He has a huge heart & such a creative person. He had the vision for this land when he bought it and it’s coming to life. Did I mention the pool yet? How many Hipcamps have a pool? This one does! 😍

Good camping spot!
George is a great host and super friendly. The land was beautiful as well, and the pool and portapotty was nice to have. I liked where my site was, it had access to electricity and water! The location wasn’t bad either! About a 40 min drive to the beach!
