Optional Horseback Riding (Read Carefully): Horseback riding is available by prior arrangement only. Beginners must remain in the arena and be accompanied by our on-site Ranch Manager. Welcome to Silvia's Hummingbird Suite at Ria's Ranch Nestled within our working horse ranch, this bright and comfortable studio-style suite offers a peaceful country escape with all the comforts of home. Attached to the main ranch residence but featuring its own private entrance, the suite includes a private bathroom, kitchen, dining area, sleeping space, washer and dryer, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. Large windows and skylights fill the suite with natural light, creating a cozy vintage ranch-house atmosphere with a touch of 1960s charm. Wake up to views of the pastures, horses, fruit trees, and ranch life just outside your window. One of the highlights of the property is the view of Eights6, our beautiful Palomino stallion, who often grazes in the pasture beyond the suite. Depending on the day, you may also spot horses, chickens, rabbits, and our three ranch dogs making their rounds protecting the property. Guests are welcome to stroll the ranch, relax under the trees, and enjoy seasonal fruit from the orchard when available. Pick a fresh peach or apple and experience the simple pleasures of country living. Please remember that this is an active ranch, not a resort. Ranch life comes with its own soundtrack. Our livestock guardian and ranch dogs take their jobs seriously and may bark during the night if they detect coyotes, foxes, skunks, or other wildlife. While we do our best to keep everything peaceful, these are natural parts of country living and are beyond our control. And yes... our roosters believe every sunrise is worth announcing, so expect an authentic country wake-up call at dawn. For your safety, please be cautious around livestock fencing. Some fencing contains electric wire and is clearly marked. We are currently putting the finishing touches on the suite and surrounding guest areas, so our introductory pricing reflects that. In the future, Ria's Ranch will expand into a wellness-focused ranch experience featuring our Wellness Center, along with optional ranch-grown and locally sourced offerings such as freeze-dried fruits, wholesome meals, and premium meats prepared with sustainability and healthy living in mind. Maria and her husband were very supportive and made this trip memorable. My kids are talking about their charming three dogs. Vey close to Sac but has everything to unwind. The 5 th wheel was also very clean and comfortable with heat and A/C. I would like to visit with other families if they build more spaces. Thank you so much. Also the egg from Maria was so high quality:)

I really liked this Hipcamp! The RV was very spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The setting on the horse ranch was incredible - I got to see an 18 hour old colt and several beautiful full-grown horses. Lovely.

Ria's Ranch is an amazing place to camp! The 5th wheel is spacious and very comfortable, and the ranch was beautiful. The view was amazing at sunset, and there are horses, friendly dogs, and more animals to see. I definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay. Maria, the owner, was lovely, welcoming, and made us feel at home right away. The space we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and very clean, which made it easy to relax. What we enjoyed most, though, was the property itself and the horses. Spending time around them was the highlight of our stay. The setting feels peaceful and removed from the city, yet it’s still very close and convenient to everything. It truly felt like a chance to step away and recharge. We’re really grateful for the experience and would happily come back again.

Amazing
Ria's Ranch, 5th Wheel
This far exceeded my expectations and Maria has a beautiful property. I did take the opportunity to walk through the property to view the Horses and these animals are so well cared for and very friendly. Absolutely would stay again. Very impressed with the camper as well everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area.
