The campsite is approximately 200 yards from where you will park your car, but we will be happy to shuttle your stuff to your site on our 4x4. We have a private outhouse with a composting toilet at the campsite for your use. There is no running water or electricity at the site. With this listing you are expected to bring your own tent or hammock, camping gear/necessities, and sleeping necessities. If you do not have a tent, we can provide a hammock tent or regular tent for an extra charge. There are quite a few spaces that are comfortable for camping, and may set up anywhere in the designated area. While there are multiple site spaces, we only rent to one person at a time. There is no kitchen or shower available. There is a fire pit provided. You may hear farm noises from time to time, but we try to provide you with as much quiet space as possible. Little Jaybird Farm Mountain Camp
It’s a working farm with the typical farm animals. It’s an uphill trek to the campsite, but hosts provided assistance with a Gator and we were greeted with a table with cloth, a beautiful vase of flowers AND a dozen fresh eggs and a 5-gallon container of water. Fantastic cedar john with composting materials and necessary provisions. Super nice folks. We had a great time.

Mandy was great and the campsite was perfect! The hosts went above and beyond for us. The area was beautiful, the bathroom was very clean, and everything was as described. We are definitely planning to come back.

Best site ever!
We loved this place! The hosts were very welcoming and helped us get our stuff up to the site and back. The site is nice and secluded and surrounded by beautiful woods. The kids loved the swing and bike track. We will def. be back!

It was a great escape from the urban life. Mandy was a great host and the boys had a blast with the animals and the swing. Would definitely book again next time longer.
