With 2000 secluded feet on the spectacular Tomifobia river in the Eastern Townships,  Riverstone Farm is the perfect camping getaway for nature lovers of all ages.  

Enjoy the quiet shores of the Tomifobia on site or venture out- There is lots to do in this part of the Eastern Townships minutes from the Vermont border. Hike Mount Orford, Mount Pinnacle in Barnston or the Coaticook Gorge, spend the day at the beach- Lakes Lister, Massawippi and Memphremagog are nearby or cross the border into Vermont and swim in the clear waters of lake Willoughby. There is also golf at Dufferin heights,  cycling paths, shopping and quaint villages to explore. I would be delighted to help you plan some activities to make the most of your visit. 

A recently planted, fenced in food forest with picnic tables is the perfect place to watch the sunset as you let your dogs run free, while trails in the forest allow you the opportunity to explore the forested area by the river. 

A fire pit, two picnic tables with umbrellas, four Adirondak chairs, washrooms offer additional amenities to enjoy your stay. 

Please note that though I only accept 1 group of campers per visit so you can enjoy your intimacy in the evenings with your friends and family, you will not have exclusive use of the food forest during the day as I may need to attend to my trees for weeding, harvesting or other. Most guests leave at some point for an outing so schedules can easily be coordinated.

Extras include: a $5 per pet extra charge, $5 hot coffee morning service, and $10 local maple syrup. Please note that the base rental price includes 2 people so any more (for a maximum of 6) are charged $10 per person.

Extrêmement bien situé, a seulement  15 minutes du zoo de Granby , 12 minutes du parc de la Yamaska et 25 minutes de la montagne de Bromont. De plus, a quelques centaines de mètres , se trouve notre verger ou vous pourrez y récolter des pommes en saison.

Our beautiful urban location near highway 410 and Bishop's University,  directly on St. Francis river, makes it an exceptional starting point for cyclists who want to enjoy the Route Verte path; fish, canoe, kayak or tube the river or simply explore all Sherbrooke has to offer.&nbsp; Our birdlife is amazing and is a recognized birding location by provincial authorities, especially for swallows and chimney swifts. A fire pit will be made available, in respect of all fire bans, with firewood available for purchase.

In 1910, Agriculture Canada set up a research centre that operated until the 1950's. 

 The property was sold to a family that emigrated to Canada from Europe, to set begin a new life post WW2. 

 In 2015, I purchased the property to return it to its roots - regenerative farming, training, hospitality, poverty relief and healthy living.

Seasonal, fresh farm produce will be available for purchase as well as guided garden tours.&nbsp; &nbsp;Located within 5 minute walking distance to Lennoxville (Bishop's University).&nbsp; It's perfect for campers who like to experience "urban" camping.   Some road noise.  If you are concerned about the weather, the site provides the use of a 8 sleeper tent trailer for your convenience.   During the day, you are welcome to relax in it too.   Portable water will be provided, but bring your own drinks if possible. As a bonus treat, you are welcome to sleep in a very HIP camper, a 1980 retro dodge camper van.

The property is perfect for any outdoor lover or wildlife watcher. Turkeys, owls, deer, rare birds and many more can all be seen during your stay. Enjoy lots of privacy with nature all around you. This is the perfect spot for tenters and those with small travel trailers. Pets on leash welcome. Campfires are permitted within local regulations. 

The trail system is perfect for easy hikes and short excursions to the creek, or nearby field. Boat rentals are available in Fitchbay, 5 min away. Bike and hiking trails as well as many more activities in the vicinity.

Welcome to our beautiful property on Lac Brome near Bondville. We offer a flat, grassy surface surrounded by trees for parking your RV or Trailer of up to 40 ft (12.2m).&nbsp;

About the Property

We have a beautiful piece of land located around Lac Brome with gorgeous lake views accessed by a public beach close by. We have a pontoon boat and would be happy to offer you a pontoon tour of Lac Brome during your stay with us.&nbsp;

About the Listing

We can accommodate up to 3 RVs at once, with up to 4 adults per site. All of the sites are pull-through, flat, and can accommodate up to 40ft RVs. Please note as we do not have washroom facilities, your RV or Trailer must be self-contained. We can offer garbage removal (compost, recycling, and garbage) for your stay with us. We also welcome any pet travelling with you but please keep them on leash as we have two adorable cats we do not want to scare.&nbsp;

About the property:&nbsp;We have a sprawling property with a mix of farmland and forested trails. We have four campsites that are completely private from one another. We have put a lot of time to upkeep our trails so you can explore them during your stay with us. Other campers have been lucky enough to see moose and deer during their stay with us.&nbsp;

About the listings:Each listing is completely private from the next, and we can accommodate tents, RVs, trailers, and camper vans. The listings do not have toilets, so we recommend bringing a camping toilet with you if you do not have a self-contained vehicle. Pets are welcome.&nbsp;During your stay with us, why not rent our cocoa shack for a romantic dinner. Light up the wood stove and wine & dine under the stars.

Part of the land is designated as a national healing forest for indigenous people - the only such forest in Quebec.&nbsp; INDIGENOUS CAMPING IS ENCOURAGED AT NO CHARGE. 

About the Property:

We have a one-acre pond that you can bob around in or take out a canoe to paddle in. At night, the pond has a group of frogs that provide a symphony of music with crickets as their background singers. We allow campfires at night - please be fire safe. Fitch Bay is only a 5-minute drive and there are pontoon rides available. We have breathtaking views all over our property and the history of the land is rich. We even have a covered bridge for you to explore.&nbsp;

About the Listing:

We only allow for one group of Hipcampers at a time, so you are guaranteed a peaceful and private stay. 

This is the ideal place for some rest and relaxation, meditation, and quiet time to recharge.&nbsp;

Located on a bee farm, the Willow is buzzing with inspiring projects. Its new owners seek to breathe poetry into their relationship with the territory. The land is home to alternative cabins as well as campsites and beekeeping facilities. There are large flowered fields in addition to a forest portion where there are walking trails.

Situé sur une ferme apicole, la ferme des saules bourdonne de projets inspirants. Ses nouveaux propriétaires cherchent à insuffler de la poésie dans leur rapport au territoire. La terre abrite des cabanes alternatives ainsi que des emplacements de véhicules motorisés et des installations apicoles. On y trouve de grands champs fleuris en plus d'une portion forestière où se trouvent des sentiers pédestres.

Little Sister's Campsite

As private as private gets but only 6 miles to Newport Vt. There is a creek and a one acre pond (20 feet deep). It is all mixed hard and softwoods. It has some magnificent old growth trees 100 foot tall. There is a good rd that my friend has used with his Lincoln. Most any vehicle (car or Pickup)can get to the site. It gets a little tricky if you are pulling a trailer. A small one is OK but a large one - not so much....... The rd goes 1/2 mile to the rear of the land. Moose, deer and other critters visit too. We live 1/2 mile away from where you enter the woodlot. Our house is on Brownington Pond (200+ acres) & campers can use this site for swimming, boating & fishing. For more info call 863220 5881 Excellent drinking water is available from the hose at our house.

 Fires are allowed and we supply the firewood at no extra charge.

You may use the raft in front of our house 1 mile away.
