Weekend Trip to Three Ponds Homestead
We, three moms looking for a little escape, couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for our fall weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt quietly magical.
The setting is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, natural, restorative. The rustle of autumn leaves, crisp fresh air, and unspoiled surroundings made it easy to slow down and breathe. It’s rare to find somewhere so serene, where you can truly unwind.
The host was thoughtful and attentive in all the right ways. The tent was comfortable and well-prepared; everything was clean, cared for, and exactly what we needed. The out houses were immaculate—so well kept that they felt more like a pleasant surprise than an afterthought.
We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and inspired. Thank you for the kindness, the care, and the chance to rest in such a lovely place. We very much hope to return!

I highly recommend Wendi and her place. It was our first time camping with our two-year-old daughter, and everything was great. The place was clean and organized, and Wendi was extremely kind and attentive. We'll be back soon.

Weekend Trip to The Hemlock Hideaway
We had a really nice stay! Kelly was very helpful and communicative as we made a very last minute booking and showed up after dark.
I love the bell tents, they are my new favourite way of camping! Everything is set up for you already, and there is more space than in an average tent or even a bunkie. Would definitely stay here again

1 night at Three Ponds Homestead
My stay at 3 Ponds was exactly what I needed. I stayed in the Bell Tent and it was exactly as described; very clean, inviting and peaceful. Wendi lays out perfect instructions for you to pack and plan accordingly as well as how to find your spot with ease. Communication with Wendi was effortless and supportive. I will absolutely be back.

1 night at The Hemlock Hideaway
I recently stayed at this Hipcamp location and had a great experience. The bell tent is nestled in a beautiful forested area, offering a peaceful and private escape into nature. Inside, it was clean and well-kept, with a surprisingly comfy setup — an inflatable queen bed and a pull-out couch that made it feel cozy and relaxed.
It’s a true “in-the-woods” setup, so bring good bug spray. Overall, a great place to unplug and recharge — I’d definitely recommend it!

We stumbled upon this rustic glamping site by chance last year, and it was such a wonderful find that we couldn’t wait to return. This year, we came back with friends for a longer stay, and it was even better than we remembered.
The setting is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for truly unwinding. Wendi is lovely, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience feel even more special. One of the highlights for us were the amazing horses they’re gentle, majestic, and added something magical to our stay. We can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a unique, relaxing escape. We’ll definitely be back again!
