The site boasts four sites: Riverfront 1, Riverside 2, Bayside 3, Bayfront 4, all of which overlook the tranquil and lovely Chateauguay River. "And for a limited time site (Paradis d'artistes V.I.P Riverview) that is completely private see detail on this site or call for special question." We have a small white sandy beach that access to the old dam to provide our guest access to the river with a never-ending melody of peaceful water. While visiting, you can relax, go fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or canoeing upstream and downstream, or you can bicycle on beautiful country paved roads, horse back ridding, visit artisans, orchards, chocolate factory, bakery, vineyards, Brewery, fresh fruit and vegetable grower, multiple farms and even eat in a few great eatery. Welcome to our farm! Located on 153 acres of land, the Domaine de la Templerie is first and foremost a Table champêtre. To have a rustic table, a good majority of the products served in the restaurant must come from the farm. This is why you will find on site a farm with wild boars, geese, ducks, guinea fowl, pheasants, capons, turkeys and many other animals! We have sheep, chickens, ducks, and a miniature donkey, who we look after now that we are retired from our dairy farm. It’s a relaxing environment where you can build a campfire and explore nearby riverfront attractions like Morrisburg Beach. On-leash pets are welcome. Rest of description: There is a firepit for campfires, a gazebo for shade, and a seating area on the lawn with wooden furniture. RVs up to 45 feet long can be accommodated on a pull-in site that will require leveling. Electrical and water hookups are available; generators are not allowed. The property is less than 15 km from the towns of Iroquois and Morrisburg, where you can find restaurants and stores and check out the St. Lawrence River. Thousand Islands National Park is about an hour south, but closer to the property, there are parks, golf courses, and other outdoor attractions such as Two Creeks Forest Conservation Area, Iroquois Beach, and Morrisburg Beach.
