A third generation tree farmer regenerating this property to keep it as a land sanctuary for humanity and wildlife to thrive in harmony. This is a project of my brother and I, to create a healing center / space for people to come connect with the land. ***We are not part of the winery adjacent to our property*** We keep the land as wild, minimum maintenance/ human disturbance as possible. We have just built a deck to put a yurt on site for healing sessions. I am a cranial sacral therapist and did my yoga teacher training in India, taught in India, Australia, Hawaii, now RI! If you are interested in sessions please reach out to me. I host women's gatherings here on the land as well as seasonal celebrations (solstice and equinox). Creating common unity. tribe.visionaryfund.com/leydensregeneration All money through hipcamp and visionary fund goes directly towards the land... Regeneration, planting, maintaining, taxes and future projects awaiting to be funded! Thank you. Step 1: get people back on it. Come live off grid for a bit in West Greenwich. Must have your own water, head lamps; respect for the land. 1.5 hour drive from Boston 3 hour drive from NYC 40 minutes to Providence, Newport, Mystic CT. and all RI beaches. ENJOY :)

Located in the historic Cape Cod town of Sandwich, MA, our property features spacious RV campsites and charming vacation rentals. We are just over the Sagamore Bridge, a short drive to the heart of Cape Cod. Only minutes away from Cape Cod's top attractions, including museums, scenic ocean beaches, and delicious seafood shanties. There’s something for everyone to enjoy! Our secluded, pet-friendly campground is nestled in a tranquil natural setting alongside one of the cleanest swimming ponds on Cape Cod. Whether you are looking for a weekend RV retreat or a longer stay in one of our Cape Cod cottage rentals, we have the perfect vacation spot for you. Our quaint cottages border the crystal-clear waters of Peter’s Pond, a 127-acre spring-fed kettle pond. Swim out to the raft, relax, float on a tube, and enjoy family fun in the cool water. We offer rowboat and sunfish sailboats plus dock rentals with convenient boat ramp access, all just steps from our sandy beach. Our large RV park sites are wooded and peaceful, with plenty of room. We offer full hookups: water, electricity, and sewer. The sites are pull-through with a picnic table. If you love fishing, the pond is stocked with Brook, Brown, Rainbow, and Tiger trout as well as largemouth and smallmouth bass. It was featured in The Fisherman Magazine in February 2022. Come cast a line and enjoy this Cape Cod fishing destination! DunRoamin on Peter’s Pond is a perfect family getaway. We offer a playground, and fun activities throughout the summer. Join us for weekly campfires and have s'mores at the beach. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures in our campground. Hike the small walking trail and discover local fauna and woodland creatures. Your child will love exploring the woods and discovering the wonders of nature. Our main attractions are swimming and building sandcastles on our private beach. However, nothing compares to catching crawfish with a flashlight or chasing fireflies on a hot summer night! Please note: Pets are allowed with proof of vaccination. There are single-stall restrooms but no bathhouse on-site — we only accept self-contained units. If you would like to bring a boat, please reach out for dock rentals or trailer storage. Thank you.

Private 2.2-Acre RV Basecamp on Route 3 | Loaded with Amenities | Centrally Located near I-95 Welcome to your private Rhode Island basecamp! Set privately in the backyard behind a vacant, vintage single-story structure, this dedicated 2.2-acre RV site offers complete privacy from the road, directing all attention to the open green space, outdoor amenities, and dark night skies. Tailored for road-trippers, dog owners, and active travelers, it is an ideal spot to plug in, unwind, and recharge before your next day’s adventure. Located directly on Route 3 with close access to I-95, this site is centrally located so you can be on the road in minutes—making easy day trips to the beaches of Watch Hill, historic Newport, local wineries, golf courses, or nearby hiking and fishing trails. Amenities for RVers & Outdoor Lovers: Utility Access: Dedicated 30-amp electric hookup (moveable) and clean, pristine potable water. Epic Natural Fire Pit: An impressively large, natural stone fire pit designed for gathering, story-swapping, and stargazing under dark night skies. Outdoor Comforts: Screened-in rustic porch, propane grill, and an outdoor dining table with chairs and umbrella. Convenient Facilities: Outdoor rinse shower, hot and cold utility spigots, and an on-site portable restroom to help you conserve your RV holding tanks. Pet Setup: Dog-friendly with two installed dog runners plus a moveable tie-out post available for your pets. A Note on Setting & Sound: This property offers a unique blend of natural surroundings and prime transit convenience. While the backyard features dark skies and mature greenery, the property is located directly on Route 3 with Interstate 95 running behind the property line. Recent clearing and construction in the corridor have opened up the buffer, so highway and road traffic is clearly audible outdoors. If you are looking for complete deep-woods isolation to sit outside all day, this site may not be the right fit. But if you want a private, amenity-rich launchpad to recharge your rig after a full day exploring coastal New England, this spot delivers unbeatable convenience.

Our driveway is located about 3 miles from the start of the Boston Marathon, 8 minutes from 495, but, down a country road. We find our property to be quite peaceful. We do have crickets and frogs to lull you to sleep and early birds to greet you in the morning.  Keep an eye out for turtles! We are a few hundred yards from either Upton State Forest or Lake Whitehall. Lake Whitehall is popular with boaters (speed limit enforced) and is stocked with fish. No swimming. There is a public boat ramp on the other side of the lake. We often put in our kayaks at the entrance close to our house. We hike, mountain bike and picnic in these parks. It's really beautiful.  There is a 24-hour grocery store 2 miles down the road.  The gravel campsite is located at the barn end of our driveway in front of the red barn. There is a little privacy from the house, but, we may need to get into the barn from time to time. We have a 30amp and water hookup at the barn. If planning on using electric please add one "electric hookup" extra to each night of your stay BEFORE finishing the request to book, it's really difficult to add it after. Please plan to bring 50' of hose and/or 25ft of electrical cord if using hookups. There is wifi, BUT, it's pretty weak at the barn. Definitely not strong enough for streaming! Our Ibex camper may or may not be parked next to the barn depending on if we are out camping!  We do not accept car campers. Turtle Path also has a Guest Suite. Find us on that other website! Shortly after we moved in we discovered a large snapping turtle on his way from Lake Whitehall to the creek at the back of our property. Our neighbor told us that's the turtle's usual route. Turtle won our hearts that day.
