Come discover our peaceful farm sanctuary located in Ashton Creek, 10 minutes east of Enderby. Experience the famous Shuswap River "float" which is only a 5 minute walk to the Baxter bridge boat launch, park and community hall. The Ashton Creek convenience store and gas station has all your basic camping needs including ATV gas and propane (also a 5 minute walk). Access to hiking trails including a unique water fall nearby. Mabel Lake Resort, boat launch and Golf Club is a short 20 minute drive.
Camping at Olich Creek Farm is unique and family friendly. Most of our rescued farm animals roam the property freely and absolutely love human visitors. Families with children will also enjoy the natural play areas the farm offers including a shallow creek and visits with our chickens and ducks. Your dogs or other small pets are permitted in the camping areas only as our herd is terrified of dogs. There is another large area (about 5 acres) where well-behaved dogs can run off leash.
We have one RV site with septic, water and 50 Amp power and can fit a 40 foot unit and 2 totally private tent sites. There is a full washroom with tub/shower, toilet and wifi access in our old farmhouse which is complimentary during your stay.
Should you find that your desired dates are already booked, please reach out to us as we may have a back up spot available.
Please keep in mind we are an organic farm homestead that offers an agritourism experience. We are not a manicured campground :) Your camping fees go directly to support our aging farm animals and horses.

We have been creating a homestead in harmony with nature over the past 11 years. We reside year round in the Post and beam straw bale home that was built in 2000. Our current project is building our “aging in place” hemp lime cottage. Once completed it is our plan to build an in ground greenhouse. Additional future plans include building for a music studio, further development of our food forest, and the offering of self development training workshops. Additional camping/rv sites will be made available in the coming years. We look forward to offering fellow nature lovers an opportunity to appreciate the benefits and peace Braeheart Nature Retreat has to share.

We are located 2km from Harald Provincial Pk. and the world renowned Margaret Falls. Our nearest town for services, Salmon Arm, is 25km away, and is host to the annual Roots and Blues Festival. Boulder Mountain was great. Loved the hot tub and morning coffee. A very dog friendly place. However reserving them via Hipcamp was not great. They had not even noticed that there was a Hipcamp reservation request. Luckily they still had a spot for us.

We loved this stay! We were in the Mountain View camp spot, and it was flat and private with gorgeous views of the mountains. We loved wandering the property and seeing the horses, goats, cows, chickens and ducks. There is also the most peaceful little creek that you can sit next to. The best part is that we forgot to bring potatoes for our camp dinner, and there was a potato patch on site and we got to go out with Heather and pick our own potatoes. It was so great! This is a gem of a spot, and you won’t be disappointed.

We were at a tent sight at BMR and found it easy to find and a nice set up. The highway and train noises didn’t bother us, earplugs are provided but we didn’t need to use them. The bathrooms were nice and front desk was great. Loved the pantry and coffee machine. The only downside was there was mould in the shower.

We stayed 4 nights at Olich Creek Farm..it was lovely..peaceful..quiet..great hosts and in particular Matt who was amazing in helping me reverse my camper into my spot as Im useless at reversing..!
The best thing are the animals too..horses goats ducks chickens all roam freely..and on our first night whilst setting up for supper..3 horses came to munch grass and say Hi ..amazing.
I would stay here again with no problem..only a short drive to the small town of Enderby.

Heather and her mom were super friendly hosts. I appreciated hearing stories about the animals—of how they came to the farm and of their personalities. The dedication they have for their animals is so heart-warming to witness. We had opportunities to feed cucumbers to the goats and hang out with the mini horses.

We loved how it felt like we were back country camping. The sites were so far apart that we felt like we were on our own. It's a great place for families with kids who like animals. It is gated and a pretty safe place for kids to ride their bikes. The hosts are very friendly and so pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend Heather's farm.
