Description

You can call yourself Spruce Springsteen once you visit Crag Crest Campground in Grand Mesa National Forest. At 10,000 elevation, spruce trees line the Eggleston Lake and blanket the mountainous terrain, and will have you singing, “Baby, I was born to run!” to the trail, of course! Pitch your site (RVs are A-okay on 9 of the 11 sites) and head to Crag Crest trail for some hiking. When you’ve had your fill of Spruce, head to the waters for some Phish.
