Welcome to Outskirts Palisade! Thanks for joining us in Palisade. We love this community and hope you will too. We have big plans in store for our property, and welcome you to fall in love with it as much as we have. Outskirts Palisade is located to the south of Palisade on the edge of the Orchard Mesa. We are located right behind Talbott Farms Tasting Room and have loved getting to know them as neighbors so far. Our property features a gentle drainage, rising mesa features, lava rock outcrops and stunning views of Mt. Garfield, the Grand Mesa, Colorado National Monument, and the Palisade vineyards and orchards. Wait till you see a sunset from up here. As we said, we have some exciting long-term plans for our property to become a key part of the Palisade community. Because of that, we ask that you respect our neighbors and the surrounding area when it comes to things like: trash, noise, fires, alcohol consumption, and general P's & Q's. Dry Creekside Tent Campsite is a flat area with a dedicated tent pad and parking area. Enjoy regular mule deer and elk sightings and incredible views of the Palisade valley and Grand Mesa! Please note. This site is smaller and can only accommodate camper vans or truck bed mounted campers. The site is a "pack it in pack it out" off grid experience for now. But we hope to offer more amenities in the future!
