Craigs place was a perfect spot to stop overnight close to where we were getting our motorhome serviced.
Craig was great with communication. Power and water was available.

This was definitely no frills camping, but it was a very convenient location, Craig (the host) was very friendly and we had power and water connection, which we hadn't expected. Basically it is a storage facility for vans at the back of Craig's place with a place for a campsite as well. It's a grassy area next to some sheds that is relatively flat and easy to get the van in and out of. There were a few people coming and going (either to pick up or store a van) but overall it was very quiet. Be aware there is no dump point so you have to take the toilet canister for a 7km drive to empty it. Overall it was better than a busy, noisy caravan park (which are all situated next to freeways) and closer to the city as well.

This was a great place for me to crash for the night before going to moreton island the next day. Only 15 minutes from the barge was very convenient. Craig was a great host

We stayed here after a day trip to inner city Brisbane and it was very conveniently located with plenty of space for our motorhome. Craig was super friendly, and helped us even if we arrived late and all amenities worked as they should. Our kid used the tennis court to run circles with his scooter in the morning.

Craig and his beautiful dog were really friendly he gave us some great recommendations for our time in Brisbane. Location is perfect for getting to the city. We had Quite space to ourselves and watched an amazing sunrise. Would recommend!

Despite the host was super respectful with us and attentive, the add sadly was a lie. The place promoted that you could light campfires. And that incentive was the only thing we were interested about the place. When I asked how the dynamic worked for the fire the host responded with a “No fires sorry”. Then after I showed that fires were allowed at this establishment (according to hipcamp) he just said “Sorry about that”. Which ruined the whole night for me and my friends. We were gonna celebrate a birthday by doing the campfire.
Then, we arrived at night (cause our plans changed abruptly) and we find out that we couldn’t connect to the electricity (there was an adaptor missing). The host was super kind responding that he had one and he could lend that to us. But it was already in the morning (we only booked 1 night)
So overall disappointed with the place because it offered things that once you’re there they doesn’t exist or are allowed. The host was never disrespectful whatsoever, so positive marks there.

Located in beautiful street/area, an excellent base for accessing Brisbane and surrounding areas.

We had a fantastic week. Great location to Brisbane in a quiet area. Craig was a great host, friendly and helpful. Our boys enjoyed the tennis court and Zues the dog. Highly recommend.

Overall very disappointing. Couldn’t get the van ok due to overhanging trees. Contacted host with photos and wasn’t accommodating at all, invited me to get a neighbour to help me cut them back myself, up a dodgy ladder on uneven ground was sketchy. More concerningly asked for my bank details to give a refund, then went back on his word once received details, can’t trust this guy. Front site not suitable for larger van and is actually front yard of another residence on same property which is under construction. Stay away from this place.

The site was not what we expected. It is primarily a caravan storage facility with some rusting cars and old sheds. The domestic electric socket was not compatable with a standard camping plug.
We were very disappointed and have stayed on better maintained free rest areas. We are left wondering how it has such good reviews
