Nestled right up against the escarpment at an elevation of 450m, this high-end, off-grid 40 acre property effectively offers your own private slice of Macquarie Pass National Park - amazing views, giant cedar trees, fern forests, cascading waterfalls and palms surround. It feels remote but it's only 90 min from Sydney, 30 min to Kiama and just 15 min to the shops. The property also offers the only hiking path up to the top of the escarpment for some truly amazing views. As of September 2025, many of the trails on the property have been degraded by the rains and are now challenging for 2WD cars. If you're towing or it's wet we recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. Since this is coastal rainforest and it has been very wet, expect leeches anywhere it is damp. These are easily kept at bay with deet and or trousers tucked into socks. We're not particularly price sensitive - until all those rate rises - but we are extremely value sensitive so we set out to make your stay extremely good value for your hard earned money. The land itself does most of the heavy lifting but also personal service and of course there's Lana to fall in love with. Note, Mellows Rd is 2.6km long and rises 400m - in parts the road is a 15 degree grade. It's all paved but narrow so if you are towing a large heavy load, it's going to strain your car.

We have 245 acres with an area of bushland and other lovely areas with scattered trees, plus some open areas. Currently we have a choice of camping areas for caravans and tents, some nestled in amongst the tree line. Other areas alongside the dam. We keep all the camping areas slashed for safety and to allow easier access to find a suitable camping spot. We also have a hut available in the bush area. This hut is secluded and has its own outdoor private toilet. There is no shower, electricity or fresh water available, however we do have a flush toilet at the camping and caravan site. Campers would need to be self-sufficient otherwise. Please note we don't allow motorbikes, Quads or firearms on the property and there are no exceptions, sorry. We run sheep on our property and have wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats and echidnas. We also have farm animals such as cows, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, geese, and dogs. We have 8 dams, 3 of which have fish as well as yabbies throughout the year. Fire pits located in designated areas and only to used during non fire ban periods and to be supervised at all times. We're happy for you to bring your dog however you would be required to keep it under your control or on a leash and away from the sheep. No motor bikes, quads, firearms permitted and no exceptions. No diving off jetty Supervise children at all times. Water, dams, firepits, bushwalking and all areas can be dangerous. Caution, dams may be dangerous, and water is deep. Do not enter paddocks with cows and horses. Beware of snakes. Eudora Farm provides our guests with a unique opportunity to enjoy a multitude of activities, including but not limited to swimming ,fishing, boating, camping, camp fires, bush-walking and other farm related activities. Participating in these activities or any other activities anticipated or unanticipated, during your stay at Eudora Farm may involve inherent risks which could result in serious bodily injury and or death. Beautiful, quiet spot. The host was lovely and he really had thought of everything, from a spa, to providing firewood, even added a sensor light to the bathroom for night time. Could come and go as we pleased and had the whole place to ourselves. Bed was comfy, no complaints at all. And in case anyone’s wondering, yes the dog in the photos is part of the experience 😂 she’ll come down to play fetch she’s a very good girl.

My partner, our dog and I had an amazing time at Angie’s property. The dome tent and camp site had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. There was a fire place inside the dome tent which was kept things nice and cozy. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook. And the hot shower was a great bonus. Town was only an 10 min drive away and easy to get to for a pub dinner. Overall this was a beautiful peaceful stay and we will definitely be back again!

Beautiful setting and quiet. The camp kitchen and bathroom facilities were a winner as well as the size of the tent. It fit our family of four perfectly. The only downside for us was the cold overnight. The tent got very chilly inside. During summer and spring months it would be perfect. Perhaps a little more challenging to stay warm during the colder months. But if you don’t mind cold you’ll be fine!

Beautiful spot and we will be back again I’m sure. My wife and toddler stayed in the dome which was incredibly comfortable and perfect for them. My older kids and I camped out next to the dome. It was perfect for a lazy couple of days as a family, enjoying being out of the city and in a really comfortable environment. Have warm shower available plus a toilet for the kids made things just a bit easier. We brought all our own gear but there was enough cooking gear available that we could have travelled lighter. 4 nights at Glamping Around An Ancient Tree

Love everything about our long weekend at the Dome. The whole family had a wonderful time, relaxing, enjoying the area, time by the fire pit together. The Dome itself is awesome, very comfortable and spacious and the separate bathroom and kitchen area worked brilliantly. Angie was super easy and helpful. Weekend Trip to Eudora Farm

Absolutely loved this rustic little bush shack. I loved all the details inside the hut and definitely appreciate the flushing toilet close by. Handy to have a BBQ supplied and various cooking items. Nice big firepit with tools to use. 100% recommend either staying in the hut here or camping (as the camp sites looked pretty good too).
