This is a beautiful spot to camp - highly recommend. John is an excellent host and went out of his way for us, even taking me and the kids on a little mission to feed his sheep.

Second time here. Loved the privacy and enjoyed the wildlife. John, the Host, is very accommodating and I appreciate the opportunity to camp near Mount Franklin. The stars were stunning. Will be back.

Yellow Flats 1
Yellow Flats was a great place to stay. My family and I loved our time there and wished we could longer.
The location is great, close proximity to surrounding attractions but remote enough to feel in the middle of nowhere.
John was great. He met us on site and gave us the rundown, kept in touch during our stay but was happy to leave us to enjoy the privacy and space we had all to ourselves.
Would definitely go back!
