The spot is as described and easy to find, for us the wind was relentless and not much shelter if the wind is coming off the lake. But that is the way it goes with weather!

A great spot with a beautiful view of the lake. Power on site was amazing as was having access to a bathroom. Unfortunately it wasn't the best weather, and the site is very open, so there was no shelter from pretty intense winds. Michael wasn't on site, so had exploring to find the bathroom (it's in the shed!)

Powered site without potable water but worth it for the view! Magnificent sunset across the lake and the clear night sky lights up with a million stars! Well grassed level site all to yourself with a good sized fire pit provided. Easy to find if you follow Hipcamp directions and Michael quickly responds to any queries.

Such a beautiful, peaceful campsite just a short drive from the main Lake Charm foreshore. The bathroom and shower setup truly elevated the experience from camping to glamping given ours are normally outdoors – complete with toilet paper, a hand dryer, and lovely hot water in a private little shed.
The site itself was level, freshly mowed, and very well maintained. We loved being able to walk straight down to the lake’s edge to cast a fishing line or simply enjoy the stunning views. The sunrises and sunsets in front of a log fire were magical.
Michael was an absolute pleasure to deal with – friendly, helpful, and responsive. Our dogs had plenty of space to roam without bothering anyone, which we really appreciated – a big fan of private, individual sites.
Thanks so much, Matthew, for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back!

What a rippa grass site, water hook up, power, toilet, hot shower and a sunset everything was perfect, Michael was always responsive with anything we needed, we will definitely go back

Nice quiet spot. No trees for shade but shade provided down by the lake. Lake access for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding.

What a little gem! Absolute waterfront property with power, a shower and a flushing toilet. Two power hookups on an elevated area with great sunset views. The real highlight for us was that it is only booked to one party at a time so no neighbours too close. General store with the basics a few minutes drive away. We will definitely be back. We loved it.

Loved the spot. Right next to the lake with an amazing view of the night sky. Would definitely recommend folks to bring a telescope.
Michael was great and really helpful.
Toilet facilities are pretty good and there is a hot shower !
The two kayaks that we were able to rent from Michael was an absolute joy!

As a first time camper the location is perfect! We have our three month old baby with us and having electricity and toilet and shower made it better!
Michael was responsive to our questions and needs.
Sunset and the view of the lake is a bonus!

Michael was a lovely and very accommodating host! Wonderful views across the lake at night, and very peaceful. GPS doesn't quite take you to the correct spot, but the images on the camp listing were very helpful :)
