Enjoy the privacy of 50 acres of natural surroundings backing onto Rushworth state forest. You are free to explore the entire property, find a quiet spot under the old gum trees or discover the adjoining state forest with its abundance of wildlife and the valley of the giant grass trees. Catch a few yabbies in the large dam but please remember to return as many as possible for the next adventurers. Unless you’re a dog, swimming is not permitted in the dam! Discover rustic old town of Nagambie only 15 minutes by car, and the famous Mitchelton winery or the older style Tahbilk are both close to the property. The Nagambie brewery is a newcomer in town. Great camp site easily accessible for caravans/camper trailers. We camped down on the flat area near the dam and loved it. No one in site, good views, not too far from the closest town. Definitely recommend, would come back.

Top of the Hill is an excellent location. Spacious, private, and has lots to explore. Perfect for a couple of families to come stay, spread out, and enjoy sitting around a camp fire together. I highly recommend coming and staying on Chris’ property and hope to come back again in the future!

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect for some peace and quiet yet a short drive to wineries, the speedway and Nagambie town. Such a clean and well maintained block too. We would love to return!

Nice spot, private and quiet. Chris gave us clear instruction on how to get there. Plenty of activities to do around Nagambie. Will definately return.

Great camp spot, very private and secure. A lot of wildlife around. A short drive to Rushworth and some historical sites.

Lovely property with ample greenery. Photos don't do it justice. Only 18 minutes to Nagambie. Neighbours house sits on top of hill looking down into property so doesn't necessarily feel 100% private, but to be fair, they're pretty far away.

Directions were clear and hosts communication was great. Lovely private natural setting, with loads of wildlife and sheltered areas from wind, plenty spaces to set up camp as well as fire pits. Doggo friendly 🐾

We loved our stay here, Chris had great communication. The property was gorgeous, plenty of Kangaroos and some Wallaby’s hopping around, we stayed by the dam which was beautiful. There was plenty of flat spots to set up. A bit dry in the area this time of year but it was still very lovely, did a coupe day trips to Murchison, Rushworth and other towns, there’s plenty around to do. Would definitely come back

Awesome spot to be self sufficient and just chill. Just 20 minutes from Nagambie easy to explore. Great sunrises and sunsets from the hilltop. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Nice spot close to town. Chris was very fast to respond and very friendly. Good flat spots for the tent saw a mob of kangaroos.

Such a nice and quite place for camping and relaxing. We had a great time. The owner is very responsive to message. Highly recommend to those who want to spend a weekend get away with friends/ family. Thanks Chris.

My partner and our two dogs really enjoyed our stay on Chris’s property - we had the whole spot by the dam to ourselves which was just blissful. Chris was an attentive and communicative host. Would absolutely recommend!
