Perfect spot. I was a last minute stop in but will definitely come back for a few more days. Perfect place to camp, peaceful and lots of birds and starry night.

We loved camping at Cath and Alan’s place - the grassy site is great and fairly flat, great fun watching the local cows and beautiful evening sunsets. Big field and not too many sites so plenty of peace and quiet yet close to Orbost for shops and the dump point. Cath and Alan even brought over some home grown veggies and garlic to use for our dinner! Highly recommend and would stay again.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They came to welcome us as we drove in and provided us with potable water and very kindly gave us some aloe vera for our mosquito bites and burns. The site is very well kept and the location is picturesque, lots and lots of space and some gorgeous cows next door. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stopover from Melbourne to Bermagui. The setting was peaceful with a beautiful sunset to boot. The hosts are super friendly and our kids had plenty of space to kick the football. We will definitely be back again.

Absolute Magic at Snowy Serenity!

Our family of six, along with our three dogs, just had the most incredible three-day stay at Snowy Serenity. To be honest, since this was our very first Hipcamp stay, we feel completely spoilt by the hospitality! Cath and Alan are such wonderful, genuine hosts who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They personally showed us to our spot, which was plenty big enough for our caravan and offered the most beautiful, uninterrupted views of the rolling paddocks. Every evening, the cows would come by to say good night, which the kids absolutely loved.
The days were quite warm, but Alan was kind enough to set up a sprinkler for the kids to run through to stay cool. Once the sun went down, we spent our nights huddled around the fire pit they provided, roasting marshmallows and watching the sky. The views were crystal clear we lost count of how many shooting stars and satellites we saw! Cath and Alan also gave us some great local tips, including a trip to Woods Point just 25 minutes away, which was a fantastic day out. We felt so incredibly welcome here and can’t thank them enough for making our trip so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Cath was a great host. She has a lovely property and welcomed us warmly. We loved the view out to the paddocks and also bought some fresh produce - eggs and lettuce - which was delicious. The stay was very peaceful and a great stop for exploring the east of Victoria. Thank you Cath and Al - we will be back again.

We loved our stay at Cath and Alan’s farm! They were so hospitable and welcomed us as soon as we arrived! Even the cows in the paddock next door were friendly and came to say hi! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful and beautiful stay.

Snowy Serenity was a great spot to stop. Easy access, great hosts and amazing outlook. Kids had a great time running around and talking to the curious cows. Will be stopping in again.

Cath and Alan welcomed myself and my friend to their awesome hip camp at the gate. We had the whole area to ourselves and some distant cows.. They came and checked on us with a map to the area. The sunset from the paddock was so lovely. It all felt so tranquil and safe. We will definitely be going back next time we are passing through.. The morning bonus of the tour of their garden was amazing. Thanks again Cath and Alan.. oh and really appreciated the check in on our drive home through a storm. 😊😊

Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a peaceful retreat. What a great place to stay! Al was warm and welcoming when we arrived helping us with firewood, which we had forgotten to bring. Loved the open grassy area we parked our caravan on. Easy to get in and out and plenty of space between neighbours, felt very peaceful and secluded. Cath was wonderful offering lots of advice on local places to see and places to eat, will have to do more of them next visit. It was so quiet we loved every second! Thanks Al and Cath can’t wait to come back for longer at Christmas.
