There are separate campsites available. Rodborough Vale is 600 acres with a combination of creek flats, native bushland and rocky volcanic outcrops. A working sheep property with some cropping, It is home to the well known Rodvale Border Leicester Stud. Farming in harmony with the native fauna and flora, guests may be able to spot many native species including platypus, wedge tail eagles, kookaburra and many more. Fronting Deep Creek, guests have access to fishing or just sit and listen to the crystal clear water meandering past the campsites. The farm borders Tullaroop Reservoir which is only a ten minute walk from most campsites, there you can find public toilets and picnic areas it is well known for its fly fishing for trout. The boat ramp is around 400m from the front gate and guests are welcome to leave vehicles and trailers on the property for convenience. Note : The reservoir is currently only open to electric powered boats and canoes. Dogs are welcome but must be very well behaved around sheep. Flushing toilet available at the shearing shed. Good access for caravans and large RV's. Amplified music is not allowed. Local attractions are the historic towns of Maldon, Clunes, Avoca and Dunolly all part of the Central Goldfields. Pyrenees Wine region is a short drive away.

Spillway View
If you love serenity, space, wildlife & birds then this is the campsite for you. You set up your tent or park your vehicle on your very own allocated camping area. Each area is huge & can hold a number of people within your group or you can have it all to yourself. You won't see or hear any of your neighbours. Each site is situated along the picturesque creek that runs through the property. There are birds & wildlife galore here, a photographers dream! This is a working sheep station and whilst it's dog friendly you have to be considerate. There are walking tracks and views. The owners are very friendly & obliging. You can purchase fire wood and even rent a portaloo if you're not self contained. You will feel yourself relax here. Highly recommend.

The Blue Stone Barn Site
The Blue Stone Barn Site offers a beautiful, spacious, and serene camp area, right on Tullaroop Creek. The only sound you'll hear is the cheerful chirping of the local birds. We spent our mornings strolling along the creek and around the property amongst the sheep, cattle, and horses, then evenings by the fire admiring the night sky. Signage on the property made finding the campsite super easy. I cannot recommend this property highly enough; it is truly exceptional. Mark is an excellent host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with him about the history of the property and the local area. We have already booked our next stay!

Mark was an exceptional host. Great communication, full of knowledge and ideas of the local area. Campsite was spectacular. The kids especially loved brushing and feeding their pony. Can’t wait to come again

Island Bend
Lovely scenic spot, adjacent to a small creek. Lots of birdlife, no close "neighbours". Stayed at Island Bend. Very relaxing stay with only a couple of issues of which to be aware. Toilets are too far to walk unless you are fit and youthful. There are a few sets of gates (which need to kept closed) to be processed to and from the campsite. Mobile phone signal is very patchy at best. Quite pricey for what you get (or not get). Mark is a good bloke, helpful and obliging.

We stayed at Weeping Willow camp site which is right on a lovely creek with a decent sized water hole perfect for swimming and fishing A stunning property, we had a great nights rest. The host Mark was lovely, I can't recommend this camp highly enough! We can't wait to return for hopefully a longer stay.

The Long Hole
We stayed at The Long Hole and absolutely loved it. We had some lovely neighbours during our stay: cows, sheep and birds. Our chosen spot was nice and flat and shady. We absolutely enjoyed exploring Marks land. Shared toilet is walkable but easier by car.

We loved our time at Island Bend. Mark was very welcoming and very friendly. Mark also helped getting us going when we had a flat battery. We highly recommend Rodborough vale for a place to relax as a couple or with friends. It’s a beautiful place

The Long Hole
We stayed at the Long hole. Great site with sheep and cows in the paddock and easy access to the creek. We opted for the portaloo and it was very clean and well stocked. Directions were great. A beautiful and peaceful camp site. Loved it

Island Bend
This was our second stay and the first time at Island Bend. Although it was a pretty windy weekend, when the wind stopped at night we just loved the incredible star gazing by the fire. It’s feels like your own piece of paradise, which makes Rodborough Vale such a special place. Thanks Mark and we’ll definitely be back again.

Lovely spot by a creek with roaming farm animals. Friendly host made us feel very welcome. Serenity for two nights until an inconsiderate group rolled in for a rave. The host kept them in check the following night. Great spot with easy access to the histoic gold rush towns and wineries of the region.

Fantastic location. Plenty of room next to the creek and you can barely see the next closest camp on the property. Mark checks your all sorted and drops off some wood if you want some. Best Hip Camp I have been to so far.

Spillway View
We loved camping at Spillway view. Mark was very welcoming, the site was generously sized, peaceful and private, we had a very relaxing time. The site has plenty of flat space for campers, tents etc, we were very comfortable. The kids loved exploring the area around us, meeting the all of the farm animals and patting the pony. I can also recommend hiring the portaloo too, was very convenient to have our own private facilities on our site.
