I had a fantastic experience at this camping site! The amenities were excellent — clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The campsites themselves were spacious and very well kept, making it easy to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends who love camping.

Facilities were very clean, shower pressure was heavenly. Jamie proactively swapped us to a "nicer" site which was a lovely little corner all to ourselves. The one thing my wife noticed was how clean the GROUND was. Kids could run around bare feet on the lawns without broken glass or other hazards (which unfortunately we came across on our last camping trip elsewhere). Playground for the kids was good - we would have loved to use the pool but unfortunately it's closed in autumn & winter.
Great communication, spacious sites, within walking distance of basically everything you need. We will definitely be back.

We arrived at 16:00 and er was nobody there. I called the number on the reception door and within 5 minutes somebody came to help. Really nice and friendly man.

Check in process was easy and site was good. Was difficult with children given the residents of the park were playing loud music and outside until the early hours of the morning.

Spent two amazing days at this campsite over Christmas with friends. We enjoyed hours of river bathing and a BBQ in the evening. The setting was perfect for a fun, laid-back holiday getaway. Highly recommend for a peaceful and family camping experience.

Think I was overcharged I had to leave 2 days earlier as I ended up in hospital sadly lost out money wise but time there was lovely beautiful park safe pet friendly

Overall we had a great time and the owners of the park are lovely and went above and beyond to help us out when one of our air beds failed and we couldn’t get a new one on a public holiday. We really enjoyed being able to hire a fire pit and the pools were fantastic on the hot days.
However, the wasps here were out of control (hundreds of them swarming your food and site!) and we got stung multiple times. Also our sites were in full sun without any trees or shade and the whole park in general was extremely noisy until the 11pm curfew. This would be fine if you were camping with mates and after the party vibe but the constant karaoke and partying (mostly from all the annual cabins) wasn’t ideal with young children who have an earlier bedtime. While we did enjoy our Easter weekend here, we probably wouldn’t choose to camp here again.

It was great to be beside the river, very relaxing. The facilities were great, the owners were very friendly. Dogs are very welcome on the site and our puppy had a great time meeting lots of friends. There were lots of wasps around the camp-site but the owners have recently taken steps to remove their nests so hopefully the issue will resolve itself quickly, we would have also managed better if we started a camp fire and eaten a little later so that was lessons for us.

Beautiful location, some unsavoury folk staying which ruined it for many. Noisy, drunk folks who revved their engines and were shouting at all hours.
Pity as its one of the best locations.

We normally don’t camp at Caravan parks but decided to give this site a go since it was long weekend and hard to find sites for a large group.
If you can get a river site then the view can be stunning but we couldn’t get one so we were located on lovely grass in the middle of the park. No view unfortunately.
There’s plenty of toilet/shower blocks that are very clean and well maintained.
The wash up area/kitchen was also clean and convenient.
Keep in mind that this park has a lot of permanent resident cabins that may be an eye sore and at times can feel intimidating to outside campers. The residents had loud music and noise up until 1am and alot of drunken people around the property that made it feel slightly unsafe if you stumble across them to and from the bathrooms. We unfortunately also experienced some racism from some of the residents as we were walking through the park.
Also during booking it says fires were banned and got reminders before saying absolutely no fires.
When we checked in they were selling fire wood and drums and there was no fire ban. A big mistake on their end that made us plan our menu to gas cookers only.
Overall the river sites could be nice if not a busy weekend but definitely not a nice place if you are amongst the permanent houses/cabins.

Pleasant and friendly surroundings, great swimming pool, direct access to Goulburn river , friendly and helpful manager. HOWEVER, one of the permanent onsite semi permanents , directly across from unpowered sites attracted a crowd of noisy people every night except one (in which the manager had a word to them) over our 5 night stay who didn’t settle until 11:30-01:30 each night and 03:00am on NYE. Also, men’s toilet block ran out of toilet paper twice on our stay at nighttime, leaving people in awkward situations having to ask others to get toilet paper/ rely on campers to provide toilet paper.

This was a lovely little caravan park on the banks of the Goulburn River. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain so didn’t get to take full advantage of everything, but we’re told the pub across the road is really good. Bathrooms and amenities were clean and functional, and the sites are flat and grassy. Only thing is there seems to be a lot of permanents who can be a bit rowdy, but it was a Saturday night and they shut it down by about 1am which isn’t too bad. I would definitely recommend this place, we loved our stay here!

We managed to get a lovely shaded spot under a lovely canopy of trees and didn’t even need to set up our gazebo.
The camp sites are a good size and well spaced.
The staff were lovely and gave us some good tips. Our son loved the pool and swimming in the river with our Labrador. The river is nice for fishing.
The tent part of the park is much quieter and has a nicer vibe than the very busy cabins and onsite vans with annexes- which were very busy and often full of loud people drinking and partying well into the night. Some of the onsite vans are quite shabby and the little streets are a bit like shanty towns which lets the whole aesthetic of the park down.
Toilets and laundry very clean, as was the camp kitchen area (note- no fridge).
Overall a nice place to camp and great that its dog friendly. Pub over the road does decent food and is also dog friendly (outside).
Would return again to the same site for sure!

Absolutely loved this caravan park !
The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond for your comfort and happiness. The park manager drives around every day to check on each camp to make sure we are all okay and don’t need anything.
The facilities are very clean and welcoming.
The pool is cleaned daily and great condition,
My kids ran free through the park having a great time playing with other kids and patting all the dogs they could.
We will definitely be coming back soon !

Beautiful spot by the river. The weather was challenging but we really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to getting back there!
One thing, would be great to have a camp kitchen there for a little more convenience.

Our camping experience at Riverbend had its ups and downs. The camp manager and staff were remarkably friendly and accommodating, which was a highlight of our stay. However, several factors made it less than perfect.
We visited during the peak season leading up to New Year's, and it was clear that tranquility was in short supply. Groups at permanent sites played loud music well into the early morning, disrupting the peace we sought. While the park is dog-friendly, the sheer number of dogs led to continuous barking and occasional disobedience of rules. We even witnessed a dog fight where an owner failed to leash their pet.
Our assigned camping site was brand new, but the ground had not been leveled correctly, causing rainwater to pool near the gravel area, creating a muddy mess around our awning. Additionally, the communal bins, located too close to our site, were overflowing upon our arrival, emitting an unpleasant odor. It took until the third day of our stay for them to be emptied, posing a safety concern for me due to my bee sting allergy.
Regrettably, we decided to cut our trip short, leaving a day earlier than planned due to the anticipation of increasing rowdiness as New Year's approached. On the bright side, Riverbend offers a wide range of activities for children, making it a suitable choice for families seeking kid-friendly camping options.

The managers were lovely people. The location is beautiful. The amenities were older but functional and clean.
Sadly the longer term residents displayed some disgusting racism and homophobia. It was incredibly noisy with no discernible rules regarding loud music and roaming children. The adults seemed to be constantly drinking (glasses of alcoholic beverages in the kids playground at 11:30am!) and young kids roaming until 10:30- 11pm at night.
We did stay over the Christmas/new year period, so I assume it was much busier than normal. New Years was a great party, they had a wonderful band and it was a great atmosphere… until the band had to remind the crowd not to smoke *anything* on the dance floor as kids were present.
I think this could be a beautiful park but it needs some rules enforced. Children supervised and designated alcohol free areas would be a good start.
