Great location next to Amaze n Things, and nice to get a discount there by staying at Park Lane. However, not a very flat or organised area to camp and right next to the road.

We booked ensuite site and it was perfect match taking a motorhome. Our stay was short next time I would definitely come back next time.

The site is slanted, right next to the main road, and the brewery next door keeps their floodlights on all night. It literally does not get worse than this. We paid $192 for a single night and weren't warned about any of these issues. Do not pick the unpowered site.

I loved everything about our stay at Park lane.
Smooth check in ,clear communication,all the facilities were good,positive vibe
My only fear was a the fence to main road as camping with small child and it’s not safe but you can’t get everything,right?
Even the rain wasn’t bad if you have a pleasant stay

Great facilities however I would prefer the parking spots to be numbered as it’s a little unclear where we can park, especially arriving in the dark.
Overall clean and nice site to stay.

I camped woth my tent close to number 50 campsite. The camping ground is quite clean and kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook, power points were readily available, wifi was good and toilets were quite clean too! Overall a very nice experience camling there!

Park Lane was a great stay, very clean facilities and staff were friendly and welcoming. Close to Cowes and San Remo, made it easy to access good food, shopping and local activities.

Booked a powered site for 2 nights, Overall was a great experience, nice clean facilities. Only a 10 minute drive to the main town. Friendly staff. Would 100% book there again.

The site is clear and big, only too close to game room, too many people and kids around, male bathroom is clean and tidy, I believe the cleaner did a great job.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Were able to upgrade to a powered site and glad we did. The unpowered section seems to have been extended and seemed very crammed in. Unfortunately the amenities hadn’t been updated yet so there were limited showers and toilets to cater for everyone (incl the powered sites)

The place is very nice, easy to access, the bathrooms for those who were in the area without electricity were very full and covered. Impossible to use.

Camp site we were allocated for a swag was on a hill crammed between a tree and a cabin. Park checked with me about the tent type so would’ve expected a level ground at the very least

We only stayed one night in peak Christmas season so it was very busy with lots of kids around. But the park was lovely, amenities were great, the pool and playground looked clean and well maintained. Plus, the Phillip Island Brewery is right on the doorstep.

booked a unpowered camp site, A little near the road but there are sites inside which would be more preferable. Toilets & Showers were maintained and clean. Place was nice in my opinion. recommended.

Very kid friendly but if camping on an unpowered site, make sure to get in early to get a good spot as far away from the roads as possible and close enough to toilet facilities. The proximity to the road meant that it was bit noisy through the night, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The play facilities was a highlight for our children.

Overall we had a great experience.
There was a little bit of confusion with our booking but it was promptly fixed when we arrived at the property.
We had a nice area for ourselves, the showers were clean despite being a busy time of the year, plus there’s a nice brewery on site.
