We all loved camping at Murray river bush camp! Great spot right near the Murray, toilets and showers were great and well maintained. Julie was a wonderful host, she was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again!

Murray River Bush Camp
A lovely tranquil camping spot right near the river. Beautiful trees and birds. Great to relax and have a camp fire or go for a walk. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and the amenities are great. We really appreciated the lovely camp fire and the toilets and hot shower. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and secluded camping experience.

We had an amazing time! The campground is very spacious, and even though there weren’t many other campers during our stay, the area is so big that I’m sure it still feels comfortable when it’s busier.
Julie was incredible — very welcoming. The facilities were spotless, with super clean bathrooms and hot showers for just $2.
Highly recommend, and we’d definitely come back again! 🌿

Julie was the perfect host, the land itself was expansive and lovely to feel like we're not camping on top of eachother. The toilet is always clean and not smelly, the hot shower is an added bonus whilst camping offgrid. Would highly recommend coming to stay and would come back another time :) Thanks Julie

Lovely grassed open area to camp next to the river. There were several toilets around the camp which were clean and practical to use. Julie managed to get us a drum and some firewood which worked really well on a chilly night.

Murray River Bush Camp
Great directions and a very easy check in. The most difficult part was deciding where to set up. There is a huge amount of space to spread out. The dogs loved it.
One of the better Hipcamp sites we have been too. Well kept grounds, multiple toilets that are very clean and Julie was lovely. It is approx. 20 mins to Echuca for supplies and cafes but there is also a BP servo 5 mins away for any emergancy supplies.

Thank you to Julie for the most beautiful stay! We had such a lovely relaxing few nights under the trees, enjoying the wildlife and some Murray River sunshine. Having access to toilets, the bush shower and running water for dishes was perfect for our camp set up. None of us (pup included) wanted to leave!

We took our caravan this time instead of our camper trailer , is very accessible and the shower is to die for it’s amazing and so are the hosts we will be going back again the serenity is awesome and only about 20 mins to Echuca , oh and our dog loved it to

Great facilities. Julie was fantastic making sure we had everything we needed, entertaining the kids and helping to jumpstart the car!! Toilets and shower available and all lovely and clean. Great to cycle around, go for walks or swim in the river, and an easy drive to all around Echuca and Moama.

Nice and quiet spot. Good ground for camping, toilets were nice and maintained well. Shower was hot and comfortable. Had a sink for washing dishes at. The place felt safe and Julie is a great host. Thanks for having us.

Julie was great, gave me easy directions and greeted me on arrival. Majority of the site was flat so there was heaps of area to choose from.
Love that the outhouse toilets look old on the outside but new and clean on the inside.
Would definitely come again, thanks heaps Julie.

Great shower, good toilets - loved the way they were constructed. Useful kitchen sink beside the shower. Plenty of flat ground for our caravan. Plenty of shade trees.

Murray River Bush Camp
Large open space with a great cap on number of campers. Toilets were always clean and stocked, spread around the space. Julie was very prompt checking in on new arrivals to camp and ensuring we had everything we needed. We loved that the dogs could be off lead (under control) and the grassy open space we chose to camp in. Lots of tree shade too. The river was so peaceful to spend time by. Easy 20min drive into Echuca. We will definitely be recommending to others travelling to the area!

The camp site was very clean along with camps onsite portable toilets where cleaned daily along with the onsite shower was very well looked after.. The river is only a short few minutes walk and the the camp it pet friend..

Julie and Mick’s place is honestly one of the most peaceful and unique stays we’ve had. Everything was so convenient, especially the shower and toilet setup — simple, clean, and exactly what you need after a day outside.
We stayed with our two dogs and the morning and evening walks by the river were just magical. Watching them play and explore so freely was such a joy — I don’t think we’ve ever seen them enjoy a trip this much.
If you’re after a quiet, welcoming spot where you can really switch off and feel at ease, this place is a gem.

Loved our stay here! The shared toilet was super clean and the shower was honestly magical so relaxing. It was so easy to just message Julie for firewood and have it dropped off right at camp, such a win. The property is really well looked after, and even with other campers around it still felt really spread out and chill. Big thanks to Julie and Mark – we’ll 100% be back!
