Brooklyn is a 6 generation working farm. We have plenty of space for fully self-contained parking. We also offer glamping and a tiny house available occasionally (view our other listings). This is a very large area in an open paddock with good access for caravans and large vehicles. You may well be the only people here though there’s is room for 10 vans. There is a view of the Broken Creek which is close to the property & easily accessible by a short walk. We’re are a 10 minute drive to Waaia with an excellent pub and the small town of Nathalia which has a supermarket, hotels, fuel, post office, bakery, gift & clothing stores & other businesses. Whilst there are other facilities on the property, this option is for guests who are self-contained only. Dogs on leash welcome. Brooklyn is a 6 generation working farm. We have plenty of space for FULLY SELF CONTAINED PARKING. Vans & RVs only .( We also offer a tiny house seasonally view other listings). We offer only quiet, singles, couples & family fun stays . No parties. The Sheep yards is a large area in an open paddock with good access for caravans & large vehicles. You may well be the only people here though there’s is room for 12 vans with groups placed well apart. In very hot weather we open more shaded space Some sites view the Broken Creek close to the property & easily accessible by a short walk. We’re are a 10 minute drive to Waaia with an excellent pub and the town of Nathalia with a supermarket, hotel, fuel, PO, bakery, gift stores etc. This option is for guests who are FULLY SELF CONTAINED only, caravans & RVs ( no tents ). Strictly no loud music or noise after 9.30 pm, you must take all rubbish etc. Small firers MAY be permitted in fire pits, wood can be purchased. Some areas have shade & grass depending on the time of year. This area may be dry or wet

3 night Minimum on long weekends & school holidays. Maximum 2 adults 2 children Welcome to Brooklyn a 6 generation working farm on the banks of the Broken creek which is only meters from your door. The Brooklyn Tiny Hill House is a 2 story off grid rustic cabin with luxury touches, the only road is a dirt track that is largely unused most of the time. You will feel quite isolated though the Brooklyn Homestead is just a 5 minute walk across the paddocks to the homestead. This is a serine place to rest and enjoy nature, take long walks along the creek, perhaps drive to near by towns for restaurants, country pubs, shopping and tourism options. We supply every thing you need, this is glamping not camping, see our extras for meals & activities. This area can be very hot or quite cool., so bring your coats or bathers depending on the season * 3 NIGHT MINIMUM OVER LONG WEEKENDS - Off grid 2 story cabin on a working family farm, set in a natural Murray Pine covered sandhill, on the banks of the Broken creek - An isolated spot on a quiet dirt road - flush toilet & camp kitchen- battery powered lighting . All linen included - Guests may have LIMITED use of the pool & Pool House at pre arranged times in very hot weather . - Phone service is limited - Off grid lighting outdoor camp showers - Temperatures can be very hot to very cold .
