Breakaway Twin Rivers Caravan Park is a picturesque place to stay set in beautiful valleys surrounded by rolling hills and the pristine Goulburn River. With fantastic accommodation, great fishing spots and plenty of activities for the kids, we provide the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday. Located only an hour and a half from Melbourne we are situated 6 kilometres from Alexandra township right on the Goulburn River. There are some truly great local attractions nearby to fill your holiday with fun.

Situated within our fabulous park but featuring it's own private driveway, our Cathedral Lodge is a 3 Bedroom home style accommodation overlooking the stunning Cathedral Ranges. There are front and back deck areas for sitting, relaxing and taking in the gorgeous views. Featuring two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom that has two sets of single bunk beds, there's room for a large family, or even two families to share. The lodge also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a laundry. Your bedding, linen and bath towels are all provided along with your basic toiletries. The kids will love making use of all the park facilities including inground swimming pool, jumping pillow, playground, giant chess, peddle carts (fee applies), tennis courts and basketball ring. Not to mention the gorgeous Goulburn River that wraps around the property, which is a keen haven for fishermen (and women) of all ages. So throw some clothes, food and drinks in the car and you'll be sitting on the deck breathing the awesome fresh country air in no time!

Twin Rivers Caravan Park is a great spot. Clean running river, lots of birds, peaceful fire nights, and very clean toilets and showers. Feels like real nature but still close to Melbourne. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a wonderful camping experience at Breakaway Twin Parks. The park is beautifully maintained, with plenty of space for tents and campervans, making it perfect for families or groups. The facilities were clean and well-organized, including bathrooms, showers, and communal areas. The natural surroundings were peaceful and scenic, ideal for relaxing or exploring nearby walking trails. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a highly recommended spot for anyone looking for a calm and well-equipped camping experience.

Amazing Stay!!
Riverside 3BR Villa
We stayed at Breakaway Twin Rivers Park last week in the 3 bedroom cabin. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and convenient. we really enjoyed our stay, Reception was so helpful and told us of the towns near by and also brought over our fire pit and wood. Very friendly and caring! The scenery was Amazing and we are sad we couldn’t get a spot for christmas time as it would be amazing. we are re booking in a few months to take our family. can’t wait to be back!! Amazing location
