Nice spot, plenty of space. The site is mostly nice and flat and the big mobs of roos we saw are presumably responsible for keeping the grass short and neat.
We had a great stay and would absolutely come again.

Would go back here for the lovely Australian landscape scenery and the huge camaldulemsis scattered across the paddock.

Really easy place to get to and the perfect private bush camping spot! The ability to set up camp anywhere and have your own slice of the Grampians view. Hosts were a pleasure to deal with, will definitely be back.

Loved camping on Steve & Anita's property. The view of the Grampians was lovely. We camped over Easter and there were a few other campers but as there was plenty of space you never really noticed or heard anyone else. Having a camp fire under the stars was perfect for an enjoyable break.

A lovely peaceful and private stay! We got a bit lost on the way but Anita and Steve were so incredibly friendly and met us on the road and showed us the way. We found a lovely spot with nice views of the mountains. About 12 other campers there but couldn’t see anyone in site! Saw some lovely wallabies and birds. There were lots of wasps (maybe seasonal) and flies around so be sure to bring some bug spray so they can leave you alone. We had brought a firepit with us, as campfires weren’t advised with recent bushfires in the area.

Great bush camping spot. Three or four great places to camp on the property with views of the ‘Blue Ranges’. We saw many Emu, Kangaroos and Wallabies. We were even greeted by a huge wedge tail eagle. We camped under the stars in front of a warm fire. Plenty of wood on the property. Recommended. Cheers Al and Anth.

Huge spaces, tree shade, Emus, Brolga,Roos, bird life and total quiet. No facilities or water but total freedom to setup where you like. Firewood plentiful.Excellent spot.General store about 12 klm away. You could lose 100 campers in here and still see no one. Steve the owner is extremely helpful and even got me unbogged after I foolishly drove over some wet ground. Will be back for sure.

A gorgeous site that had plenty of great spots to choose from, all to ourselves! It had been raining a bit and would be trickier to navigate without a 4WD but suited us perfectly. We just propped up our tent and enjoyed the bush views during the day and gorgeous sky full of stars at night. We even got to see families of kangaroos and emus at dusk and dawn. Our hosts were also great communicators and gave super clear instructions on how to get there. Would definitely stay again! Thanks, Steve!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Ranges. Steve and Anita’s directions got us there easily and safely. They are friendly and communicative hosts. The property was abundant with wildlife and the backdrop of the Grampians was just beautiful. There was plenty of spots to spread out and choose from. Steve and Anita’s land was pure magic! We camped under the big gums and stars.
Steve made an effort to spread the campers around his land so you felt like you had the place to yourself. Would absolutely love to return some day.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Ranges. Beautiful property, secluded from the masses. Ample room to enjoy a family camping in an open space. Lovely property to visit. Wildlife is plentiful (Roos, Emu’s, Parrots). We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were beautiful and kind hearted folks who decided to share their retreat with others. We even got to enjoy a beer or two by the campfire while sharing stories with them which was nice.

Had a great 3 night stay at Blue Ranges over Easter. Steve helped us find a suitable spot for our van and was lovely to chat to. We spent our days exploring the southern grampians and returned late afternoon to light a campfire, cook dinner and enjoy the evening. Lots of kangaroos and emus passing by our site, which was great. Although the weather was cool, and we had misty rain on and off, it didn't deter from the great surrounds. Very peaceful. Even though there were other campers, with the property being 250 acres, you wouldn't know. Would be great if you were travelling with friends/family too.

The scenery and landscape are amazing! The property is perfectly located between National Park and wetlands, and the wildlife were everywhere! There’s no shortage of space to be able to find your own secluded spot, and there’s plenty of firewood scattered around.
Unfortunately, and through no ill intention of the owner, the Google map location was not accurate, and the property was initially somewhat difficult to find. Some very helpful locals pointed us in the right direction, and I did get onto the owners for further direction, despite the limited mobile coverage. They were very helpful.
If you’re after somewhere peaceful and truly off-grid, with scenic backdrops and amazing sunsets/rises, then this place is perfect!

Great camp!! We loved the seclusion and peace. Gorgeous view of the Grampians in the background. The kids loved their swim in the little dam. Very easy directions and only a short drive to the Grampian mountains.

Steve was super helpful and accommodated us at the last minute (10pm) when we needed a safe place to pull up for the night. Heaps of space to camp and a gorgeous setting. Steve provided us with written directions which were very helpful as the property is quite far in on the road (I imagine it would be easy to find during the day but as we were coming in at night we really appreciated the written directions). Saw heaps of kangaroos in the morning which was lovely. Watch out for the little bunnies on the road when driving in :)
